Infiniti Of Massapequa

I was tryna get my ride fixed at Infiniti of Massapequa and st *** while it was still under warranty, but they straight up ignored my calls and didn't get me in for a whole month. This left me stuck driving a sketchy car that wasn't safe. Finally got it in, but it was 400 miles over warranty cuz of their delays. And then they had the nerve to deny me financial help even though they didn't respond to my calls and emails. I even went to Infiniti consumers affairs, but they still wouldn't help me out after causing all that trouble. The manager said they would've helped if I got an inspection, but I had to keep taking it to other mechanics cuz Infiniti wouldn't fit me in. Consumer affairs said they could approve the fix, but the manager said no cuz I hadn't been there before. Smh.
