I bought a car from Infiniti of Denver on April 2nd
I bought a car from Infiniti of Denver on April 2nd. They said it had a 120 point check, but that wasn't true for my car. They promised to fix the noise it made when starting, but it took them until April 9th to say it was the power steering pump and axel. I didn't trust them and took it to another dealer who said it was the cv boots and differential. I threatened to undo the deal, so they agreed to fix it, but used my warranty to pay for the repairs they promised to fix. They fixed the axel with a used aftermarket one that didn't fit my car, so I had to pay $4500 to get it fixed elsewhere. I talked to the owners, but they told me to stop contacting them. I'm a single mother of two and paid a $10k down payment and financed $4.5k plus their warranty. I had to go to another dealership to get my car fixed correctly. I've only driven it for a week since April 2nd.
I was told the car I bought was just like my old one, but when I went to pick it up, they said I needed more money down
I was told the car I bought was just like my old one, but when I went to pick it up, they said I needed more money down. I agreed to pay more and got the car, but couldn't find the navigation system. They said it could be added later, but then they kept jerking me around about getting me a second key and doing some services I prepaid for. When they finally came to do the service, they didn't show up. I got fed up and asked for my downpayment back, but they said I was stuck with the car. They lied to me about the navigation system and tried to sell me a more expensive car with no discount. I asked for a refund for everything except the warranty, but they haven't called me back yet. And one of the tires has a leak when it's cold.
