Indeed.com review: They don't answer phone calls.

They use automated system that just repeats instructions. The email given to job seekers works same way as their automated phone.
This company is creating frustrations and unnecessary stress to job seekers. It is making us WAIST VALUABLE TIME because we are chasing them to get help!
My problem: just need to update my phone number but I can't access to my account to make the change. It keeps sending a verification code to my old number that no longer exist. This company is disrespectful and does not care about the users. They just want to profit from employers.
They need to be shut down for good!
