Jobungo The company started to send me the emails about the jobs

I haven’t used the website www.jobungo.co.uk. However, couple of weeks ago I started to get different emails from this company and they offered me different positions. I didn’t search for the work and was irritated by these useless emails. I already emailed the moderators and asked to stop these emails, but they didn’t react. I don’t need their ads and information about the job, because I didn’t search for it. Please, help me to stop it.

I just received emails from this site and another (which i think may quote the same office address) yesterday, but exactly the same as the original post - I have never engaged with them in anyway - no visits/searches/recent applications made to jobs on any other system to have prompted this. The kind of jobs they are emailing are also totally irrelevant to what I do. Theyre just useless spam. There is an unsubscribe link, which may or may not work but otherwise best set to junk in your email filters...

Jobungo I started to get different emails with offers

I haven’t been registered on the website www.jobungo.com. I was shocked, when I started to get different emails and offers about a job from them. I have my job and I love it, but I don’t understand where they have found my email and why they have started to provide such offers. The moderators didn’t react to my emails and questions. I need some help, because I hope to stop this spam.

Jobungo Fake offerings and ads

I recently searched for a job, so I visited different websites about jobs. After several days I started to get different offerings from the website www.jobungo.com. I checked this website, but decided not to use it, ‘coz the website looked strange and all the ads about jobs were without direct email or phone number of the employer. It was really strange, so I decided to ignore it, but they continued to send emails and ads. I sent them emails and asked to stop it, but they ignored me. Please, help me to stop this scam.

Jobungo I can't stop loads of fake emails

2 weeks ago I started to get lots of fake emails and ads from the website www.jobungo.com. I was patient at the beginning, but later I decided to stop this scam. I went to the website and tried to get contact info, but nothing was there. Also I wanted to ask if there are people, who get the same fake emails. How do you reach and what do you do in order to stop them. Please, share your views and post comments.

Jobungo Jobungo.com posts bogus employment ads on Craigslist

Dear Consumer 1960,

Jobungo provides free job alerts to our users as a valuable service to job seekers and we never collect your personal information on our site. I can assure you that we NEVER text message our users, nor would it even be possible because we never ask for a user’s cell phone number. Please be advised that after you click on a job listing that you are directed to an employer’s website. Unfortunately, we have no control over the content posted on an employer’s website. With millions of job listings, we do our best to filter out any result that looks suspicious, but we cannot ensure the validity of every single listing. It is very helpful if you can provide specific examples that I can review and share with our Compliance Team. Always use caution when providing your personal information online, and know that Jobungo will NEVER ask for this from any user. You may contact me directly at [protected]@jobungo.com if you have any other concerns.

Thank you,
Spencer

Hi jwh051,

Jobungo does not work directly with employers to promote their job openings, so it is not unlikely that some personnel would not be familiar with the website. Like many job search websites, the jobs we display on Jobungo are sourced from many different job boards and employers. When an employer posts an opening online, that information is spread across the internet by job boards and search engines. Thank you for your question, and please feel free to contact me directly at spencer@jobungo.com if you have any other concerns.

Jobungo is complete spam. They steal your personal information from Career Builder and then you're finished. How do I know they are spammer because it's impossible to block them because the spam and the junk comes from different addresses or email servers every time. They suck and the best part is they know they suck so why bother even ask them to stop. They just are junk and if they were real the emails would stop. Just like Johnson Jobs lol they probably are in bed together!

I never signed up for any emails from them. A few days ago I started getting them and not even for the same city and state I live in.

Funny how they don't ask you to verify your account email when you sign up right?

Clearly they are spamming ### that create accounts from spammers mailing lists in the hope that people will continue to use their system and give them revenue.

I found the website www.jobungo.com and thought to search for job through this website. I was really surprised, when it turned out that all their offers were fakes. They posted fake posts about jobs and wanted to get only personal info from the customers. I was shocked and have no idea how they use your info, but I wanted to ask other people, if someone found real job through this website. Please, post your reviews and comments.

Dear Jobungo.com:

A legitimate website takes responsibility for its content. Surveys that invite questionable online "schools" to contact your users is NOT helpful to job seekers.

Jobungo ? of harrassment

I continue to receive emails for job prospects from "Jobungo" even though I have, each time I received one, added them to my "Blocked Senders" list. Everything else I've added to the blocked senders list is listed and has been blocked.

I have never opened anything from them. (until just now when I accidentally opened their mail while I was attempting to "Copy" and "Paste" what was in their "Subject" block) A full email address does not appear in the "Senders" block of their emails. I suppose that's why I can't seem to block them effectively. What appears in the "Subject" block is, "Roberta McClintock, 25+ new Leominster jobs". What appears in the "Senders" block is simply, "Jobungo".

I'm not even looking for a job; I am retired. Thank you for your help.

Spencer @ Jobungo, My response to one of your job offerings resulted in an assault on my privacy by Career schools wanting to sell something. I only responded to one of your job offerings ( WALMART) and was never contacted by WALMART, just tons of phone calls by hungry-bird schools. I am joining the many on this network that demand your Company clean-up your act or ride off into the Sunset. As job hunters, we are trying to get an opportunity to sell something (OURSELVES), and your professed " filters" are allowing shysters to attempt to fleece us while we attempt to get back on our feet! Shame on YOU!
