07/16/2024 06:49 PM GMT I started my account the other day, but I had a hard time getting verified. I finally got the verification problem resolved, and I went to post my ad. I made a mistake and somehow click a selection for sponsored at (at $68/day). I contacted support and explained the situation, but there was nothing they could do. "because you selected the standard budget originally, it was set up as that sponsored option and it will be charged that for the first day" But I DID NOT select a standard budget intentionally. I'll be charged for the ad regardless. I'm not intending to pay for no value received. I feel that there most certainly should be a way to back out of a subscription, especially if it was made by mistake and there hasn't been an ad run.

Claimed loss: $68/day for 0 days; default being one day minimum. None of which was disclosed.

Desired outcome: I'd like to participate in the free trial. I'd the subscription mistake to be removed. I don't want to receive a bill for $68 for no value and no performance.
