I have turned in an auto withdrawal last week to stop auto withdrawal, and it withdrew my account, which is now overdrawn, and it should not have made that withdrawal. I have had trouble with billing since March 17, 2025 had double billing. I had to talk to a representative about the auto withdrawal, and I was told to turn off the auto withdrawal and I am a student at Murray State University and I am trying to sign up to use my free Microwords that Murray State offers, but you are charging me for my account that I tried to stop withdrawaling out of my checking account. I am working on my finals, and now I cannot because the Microsoft account is wrong, and you are not billing me correctly, because there should not be one. I will file with the bank if you do not fix it today, and there will be another fee of 39.00 that I will not pay for your mistake. I need the free account from Murray, or I will fail my class due to this billing mistake on your end. I will be talking to someone who will make this right one way or another. I am working on my Master's degree, and this mistake will cost me. I will take action.
Desired outcome: Get it right
