Incredimail — incredimail and company
I am a paid user.
In the past the customer service was the best.
There were updates now and then.
But "now", they are the worst. Now is since Windows 10.
If you get the automatic reply that it is. Never ever an answer again.
No answers, no solutions, no excuses. NOTHING AT ALL.
We should all together do something about this.

According to the website a Social Responsible company. You can not be Social Responsible if you not even give your own clients answers at their complaints!
This is back to the "good "ol" days".
The customer needs to shut up and not complain. Because the rich know better...
