I am a paid user.
In the past the customer service was the best.
There were updates now and then.

But "now", they are the worst. Now is since Windows 10.

If you get the automatic reply that it is. Never ever an answer again.
No answers, no solutions, no excuses. NOTHING AT ALL.

We should all together do something about this.
Incredimail belongs to Perion (

According to the website a Social Responsible company. You can not be Social Responsible if you not even give your own clients answers at their complaints!

This is back to the "good "ol" days".
The customer needs to shut up and not complain. Because the rich know better...

    Everyone with a complaint about Incredimail. Not getting an answer from Customer Support etc. etc.
    Below the link from Contact Form of the owner of Incredimal.

    Let us all complaint. Every time again, so we are driving them nuts and they have to do something!

    Please add a complaint:
    As there is no SUPPORT at all any more. Only a automatic reply.
    After that you never will hear again.

    You say you are a Social Responsible company?
    Surprise... When you do not care about your customers, you are not.

    Bloody nonsense I have had many support in the past. I PAID for the packet and bought it directly from you.

    Verified customer don't provide any kind of offical support you have to find alternative support which you can get from third party support like or contact your local teach support technician
