white of 50g
Hi team,
Unfortunately I would like to address an issue I recently had with white of 50g, I had just bought this product and unfortunately had so many stems in it I think on 20g of it was smokeable, never had a problem in the past and love the product, just unfortunate that I had spent the money and got nothing for it, very unhappy

White ox pouch both sizes consistently underweight!
Customer for many years.
A few weeks ago I decided to start weighing my pouchs due to the visual size differences I was noticing.
I have not had a pouch weigh up correctly I'm at least 10 pouches.
Have the empties and #s of them written down along with weight
Today purchased 2 50gm pouches, opened one only and it is 2grams short
The numerous 25g pouches I've weighted averaged 1gm short with one being almost 3gm short.
As mentioned by others, the bark has increased and consistency is poor.
I have had a few pouches which has had black chunks in it, unsmokable, like molasses or similar

riverstone ryo tobacco 25g
I smoke Riverstone regularly and the past 2 weeks each pouch has huge chunks of branch/stem in it which make the tobacco impossible to smoke.
If I roll a cigarette which has a piece of this in it, I immediately have to throw it away, because the cigarette will not burn. This is not only ridiculously frustrating but also expensive.
I like the flavour of Riverstone, but I'm going to have to switch back to Port Royal if this continues

jps endless blue 25g pouch
This week I purchased a pouch of jps blue from my local coles, only to find that it's filled with long stringy bits of bark. All it shows is the lack of quality control, and how the companies are using bark as filler to make the pouches weigh higher, It's horrible as a consumer to see the lack of quality control across the range especially if you're paying $35+ for a pouch.

I have purchased a 25g white ox tobacco bar code 9327329010758... The other day from local.. Very disappointed in the crap bark that was in it. As a long loyal customer of your brand I wish to be compensated even a little for my disappointment if your product. Which I have posted the item in question back too you.. Its been over 14 days now since i first complained about the amount of bark that i got in a pouch of white oz tobacco and 12 days since i got a response too complaint which i was given no phone number or any compensation in any way. I wil wait i further 7days after which if nothing has been done about this will take things further with the Australian costumer commission.my email is .. white ox superior dark blend 25 grams
I purchased a pouch of jps and it was not very nice tobacco. So I decided to splurge and purchase myself a 25g pouch of white ox superior dark blend for $48. White ox is known to be the strongest and with out a doubt the first drag would have you coughing. I feel like this pouch is not white ox it's not strong at all I rolled my mother a cigarette she's currently on the champax system and she even said how its smooth it's to smooth it was her first smoke of the day her regularly tobacco it's capstan 15g. I also rolled one for a friend who's never tried white ox have one and he did not find it strong at all. I don't know what is going on but I still have over half of this pouch I would like to know why it's different have you changed it made it weaker. I don't know why even the smell doesn't smell strong something isn't right here.

champion ruby/legendary ruby - unacceptable, bark like or ground to dust, dry

I am sick of buying dud pouches of Legendary Ruby and going to change brands. Enough is enough!
I have smoked for decades and dedicated myself to your brand. I have smoked Champion Ruby, and all the other name replacements you continue to re-advertise with; "Legendary ruby", for longer than I care to remember.
For 12 moths I have been totally disappointed. The pouches have on occasion contained large bark-like pieces. This is not ok, however, also not the worst. If the pouch is fresh and stringy like it should be, smelling strong, I simply remove the bark and get on with life.
The significant problem is that the vast majority of pouches are stale! Not fluffy and fresh with aroma, just dry and are horrible to smoke. The demise of your product is not only dry, but ground up flakes, shake-like DUST!
A few times I blamed the actual store but I have tried 6-8 different places and now they all seem to be the same. ALL RUBY IS DUD! It is such a shame.
The dust-like product falls out of the rally and burns holes in your clothes, the head taps off all the time and it is UNACCEPTABLE.

riverstone premium rum blend
Hi there i have recently just bought a pouch of riverstone tobacco . The tobacco seems to be very damp and very chunky of bark pieces. .. everyone i have rolled keeps going out and very hard to smoke.. I have enjoyed your product in the past but am very disappointed and skeptical to purchase again... thanks Trav Evans.

jps gold tobacco
I have been purchasing JPS Gold tobacco for approx 12 months. The quality of the product seems to me getting worse. I purchased another 3 pouches today and when opening one of the pouches the tobacco is very dry and crumbly almost like dust. It also contained large stalks. This has happened before but thought it was just a bad batch but seems to be happening more often. For nearly $35 a pouch I would expect the quality to be a lot better. jps blues 40 packet
I bought a carton of jps blue 40 and opened the packet to find 1 of the cigarette filter is mangled - I took pictures of the cigarette and the barcode of the packet it came out of. I was a bit disappointed as I changed my smokes to jps blues and have been quite happy with them except this is the 1st one that I have found, I work all over nsw and to find this was a surprise.
jps gold 25g
I buy the jps gold in the 25g tobacco and this is happening every time I buy the tobacco that I get big hard pieces of tobacco in it. I've taken a photo of the latest one but I have had them bigger. I wasn't going to complain but it's every time I buy the tobacco that it's happening and I'm getting a bit angry about it now. If it keeps happening I am going to start buying another brand of tobacco

pall mall 30's
I have recently been purchasing Pall mall 30's and am extremely disappointed and unsatisfied with the product. Over half of the cigarettes in each of The last 3 packets that I have purchased have had large pieces of bark in them, to the point in which they have been in smokeable. considering the price in which I pay for this product I would like a refund or at the very least a replacement of the product.
parker & simpson blue
I have been recently been smoking parker & Simpson blue 20s for a while and I'm getting sick of wasting money on these smokes as at least 2 smokes from every packet over the last month have broken in the butt before I get even half way thru the smoke I have attached a picture to prove not happy at all this happens to both me and my partner we enjoy these smokes but now are looking to change brands

jps crushball blue 25s
on August 29 2019 i bought a 25 pack of jps crushball blue and the entire packet of cigarettes has less than half a cigarette of tobacco in them and some of the filters have what appear to be pin hole in them.
i don't understand how this could of passed through control... like its not one or two it's the entire packet. i just paid $45 for this packet and this is what i get.
if possible i would like a refund or a replacement packet to be sent.

riverstone 25 gram
The last 5 or 6 packs of riverstone i have purchaced there has been several big stalks/ leaves that are un smokeable. I'm usually not one to complain. I don't care if there is the odd one in a packet. There is atleast 7 or 8 in each packet along with solid black lumps of something. Quite disappointing as i love this brand of tabacco. Would love some feed back as to why this keeps happening.

I brought a 25g white ox and it's like i opened it and pull it out and let it dry out like it's been 50 years old but brought few day ago from Kingston tasmania and opened it to find old dryed out tobacco and i would like a refund or replace the packet.
I have been a white ox smoker for 30 years and this pkt was the worst one i have ever brought so if i don't get a replacement for this pkt i will never bye your product again.
So please fix this problem up and i will stay a loyal white ox smoker.

tally ho papers 5 pack
I purchased a box of 5 Tally Ho cigerette papers from the Manuka Shell Service Station in Canberra (2603).
Unfortunately all the papers are stuck together meaning all 5 packets of 50 are useless.
I can only assume they are faulty from the factory or have ben compromised at the Service Station before sale to me.
I would at the very least like a replacement box.

bought a carton last week 3pkts out the 10 could not smoke no menthol and tobacco was gisgusting a normal smoker couldnt even smoke them as i am a age pensioner this was a lot of cost to me also silver paper wouldnt pull out had to rip it i went back to tobaconist hoping for 3 pkts given back but they said to get intouch with you the no. on pack is 9c210s51211 dont know if that means anything.
I just feel so angry about it

To whom it may concern I have been buying this brand for about 4 months pretty good up until now I have noticed it has some black pieces of stuff it looks like dirt or something not really sure have photos I almost rolled it in my smoke lucky for me I noticed I will you please let who ever needs to know about it think maybe I will change brands so sad because I like the tobacco but can't be worryed every time I roll yours truly valued costomer
