I had a very disappointing experience with [IMPARK. I paid for parking and have the receipt to prove it — including the correct license plate entry. Yet I received an infraction notice claiming there was “no record of payment” and that my plate wasn’t registered, which is completely false.
To make matters worse, I was 18 minutes over my paid time, and instead of issuing a standard overstay fee, the company threatened to tow my vehicle unless I paid the excessive fine of $98.00 dollars within 7 days. This type of heavy-handed enforcement for such a minor overstay is completely unreasonable and feels more like a money grab than proper enforcement.
I called to dispute the infraction and was told a supervisor would call me back — but that never happened. Over 48 hours passed, and when I followed up, I was told the case was closed and they were siding with the parking attendant, completely ignoring the receipt and details I provided.
This company clearly does not prioritize fair treatment, transparency, or customer service. Instead, they rely on intimidation tactics and poor communication to extract excessive fees from drivers, even when valid proof is presented.
I strongly advise others to be cautious when using lots operated by this company. Their practices are unethical, aggressive, and bias.
Recommendation: Would not recommend and boycott using their Lots
