I am a Senior with Vision Impairment
Parking at my Eye Doctors appointment, Dr. Muni an Eye Surgeon highly specialized, wait for various eye checks and drops put into eyes inhibiting sight
He recently moved to this location, I parked paid for 2 hours, came out and had a ticket I called was told I did not pay, I told the operator I could not leave the building as my sight was impaired. I said I will another hour. Operator said I owed $65 I said this was unfair.
I now have a notice to pay $98.00. Please erase this ticket now and send me confirmation at [protected]@sympatico.ca. Needs to be paid by Jan 9, 2025. Jean

Desired outcome: Discard this ticket and sent me confirmation as I paid for 3 hours parking that day.
