I got a ticket from Platinum Parking saying I didn't pay for parking on 9/6/22 near *** in ***. We paid $33+ for 2 hours of parking, but when we came back an hour later, we had a $75 ticket (#***) saying we didn't pay. We tried calling them, but they never answer the phone and the voice mailbox is always full. We also contested the ticket on their webpage, but they never responded. My wife made a mistake and typed in the wrong plate number on the app. My plate is ***, but she entered it as ***. We already paid the (outrageous) fee of $15+ an hour for the parking, and I want this ticket to be dropped. They can check their system and see that we did pay with the wrong plate number. To make things worse, they have the wrong owner of the vehicle listed on the notice they sent me, so they would be sending the wrong person to collections.
