Got a parking spot for school, payed for each month. Apparently payment didn’t go through. Canceled my parking spot because I didn’t need it anymore.

I’m still being charged for parking. 398.99$ was charged to my account.

My mom also called and canceled account two weeks ago. Obviously didn’t get canceled.

So two people have gone and canceled my account.

I parked in a Vancouver garage on 4/16/23 and used a machine to purchase a 2.5-hour reservation ($23.50). When I returned to my car, I had a ticket on my windshield for $98.00 for "Restricted" and "Plate #not registered." Mine was the only car in the public lot. Why was I ticketed? I have proof of purchase (credit card record). I want this cancelled! But when I go to the IMPARK website and try to contact them, I get the message: Your IP 192.230.71.11 has been blacklisted!

What is going on?

I parked at Harvard Market 4/17/2023 at 12:45 pm, a workman was working on the ticket machine, we thought replacing it, so several cars were waived in.

*There is a ticket machine at the entry that dispenses tickets that businesses can validate but for several months there has been no tickets dispensed and no parking charged. All gates have remained up letting people come and go.

On this day I returned to my car at 12:55 after a 10 minute task to find a parking ticket. The attended said they changed to a system that makes you register your car and gives the first 30 minutes free. I called the customer service at 12:55 which was 7 minutes after the ticket was received, it wasn’t even in their system yet, and though it was clearly a mistake due to their new policy they refused to cancel the $93 violation (how this amount can be legal is beyond me) even though it was clearly within the free parking time frame.

Hello my ne I Nichol Roche. I have canceled my parking several times. And I was unable to park in the lot. I need my money back. I have tried contacting these people with no success. I’ve been trying to have it sort out. I called many times to the impark monthly line but they couldn’t resolve it for me. I signed up for monthly parking at Sheraton Surrey in January, you had 3 month promo for 50% off. However at the time when I signed up I DID NOT AUTHORIZE FOR AUTO PAYMENT.

I stopped parking there in February because I found other parking place. I canceled in March and I understand i need to give a month notice. Which is fine I’ll pay for the extra month I’m not using the service. BUT I have been charged unreasonable over than what I should pay. I tried to call and get it resolved but the representatives just didn’t help me. I don’t understand why are you overcharging me, you are a big corporation but I’m just a no body who works hard and trying to make a living. This is really stressing me out, please stop charging me without consent. Or give me an explanation WHAT YOU OVER CHARGE ME FOR? I’ve been a good customer and always pay my parking when I park at impark. I have an account you can see how much parking I paid. Now I am really stressed by impark, I don’t know why I’m being charged so much, please explain and help.

I am a building manager, and I am not allow to leave my building during the week days. Impark sent me a ticket for $98 for parking in private property.

I never left my building on given day and hour.

5171 221A Street Langley, Called: TLC Medical Center. I live in Surrey and have the camera in my building that shows I never left the site.

They are simply thieves, and I have no idea how they got my license plate and my name. I am reporting this to the police.

Please advise Better Business Burau, and make your compline to the next level, here is Canada and there is no place for scammers.

no information about fees at lot. No availability to buy a ticket, assume app purchase only?

Ridiculous use of language implying free night time parking. I had to dig into their website to find any information about the lot and the fees associated.

This would be especially helpful considering the lots surrounding this one have different rates despite being less than a block away.

I park in a impark parking lot for work. I was given 3 parking tickets when I was waiting for my parking pass. Impark said that due to me being a FH employee who is waiting for a parking pass they will void the parking tickets. They even confirmed this through email, however the person did not process the void and I was sent a letter asking to pay the $300 something for the tickets. Because of the tickets, I just got a parking pass instead of waiting for the work pass. I later got the work pass and tried to cancel the parking pass but they would not cancel it without a 30 day notice even though the new lot I was parking in was still owned by impark. I was then paying for double parking for one month. I cancelled one parking pass and just paid for one except they did not have my credit card added so the parking was not being paid for. I was under the impression that the parking payment was going out every month until I received an email saying I owed $370.00, $50 of which was just late fees and interest. I explained my situation and the call taker said that she would not allow me to speak to a manager and filled out a complaint report and asked me to call back in 8 days to get a response. I am very unhappy with impark. They seem like all they want is your money and they come up with some very sneaky ways of getting it. I would like my some of my money back, please contact me at [protected].

i have been trying to cancel my parking since the 26th of last month. I keep getting the wreong password notification. when i send the link for lost passwork, i get no link to my email, ive tried this at least 4-5 times with zero results. then i call the number listed for impark monthly parking (local vancouver number) NOBODY answerts ever! Yesterday, i receive a notification that my parking is being increasedd by 30 a month...for the parking im trying to cancel. finally today, i find a different number to call and am then informed that i would have to pay for Aprils parking as well. THATS NOT [censored]ING HAPPENING! You scam artists putting out the cost increase notices after the cut off date for cancellation is [censored] and you [censored]ing know it. The Bay parkade in Winnipeg is VERY unsafe! With the renos on the main floor, I was forced to park on the second level and forced to use the stairs.

Upon entering the stairwell, I wasn't surprised to see a very unsavoury person lurking in the stairwell that was looking for an opportunity to attack someone/rob/ or worse. It was clear they did not belong there!

Something has to be done to keep it safe - I ran as fast as I could before I would be robbed/assaulted/killed which is pretty much a guarantee these days.

I won't put myself in that position again, I will not be back! Find a way to keep these people out, hire security, do something! A person should be able to park without worrying about literally being robbed/assaulted/ killed on the way to an appointment. I realize there is a bigger issue here, but do your part and keep your property safe for your customers. I have never been so scared in my life!

Last friday my vehicle was towed through impark, I got my vehicle back just to find out that my tire had been completely damaged and due to it being the weekend I was not able to take it to a mechanic until yesterday which was Monday the 19th. I was then told I needed to replace two of my tires which ended up costing me 600$ on top of the 275$ I already paid getting towed by you. The tire was so badly damaged the mechanic himself said in his professional opinion this was done by the tow truck. So your company ended up costing me a total of 875$. I have pictures and videos of the tire to prove this. Your company should at the very least be reimbursing me for the tow fee as this has significantly impacted my life financially and you are completely responsible.

My van does not fit in the parkade as I have a work van and I’m the flooring contractor for Realstar management. I thought this issue was already resolved but I am still receiving tickets from your parking lot. I work at 9925 Jasper ave. Edmonton AB Canada and I have to park my van overnight for the tools to be accessible by the staff and my workers for the building. I would appreciate these tickets being resolved and to not receive anymore.

I cannot figure out how one missed $3/day parking results in an $86 fine! How on earth is someone going to afford that, and how is that an appropriate fine for a $3 parking fee! It is utter robbery to produce fines that are 300% more than the parking fee. Please review your policy and consider an appropriate fine for missed parking fees. (Using this example of a missed $3 for an entire day!… one might consider a $25 fine)

I paid two times for the same period of time for parking my car License Plate # KCO97J at lot 2298 Shops at New West. On Thursday October 27, I was at Landmark New West Cinemas to Watch the movie Ticket to Paradise with friends. I paid $9.00 for 3 hours parking instead of pressing the button for landmark cinemas ( Auth # 05332Z). Then I knew from my friends that I did a mistake. So I decided to get the right ticket for my parking lot and paid again $3.50 by pressing this time the right button for Landmark Cinemas ( Auth # 07538Z).

I am claiming now the reimbursement of a total of $9.00 that was paid by mistake first time. Please find attached the two receipts that prove payment and the Movie ticket.

I rec'd a ticket 09f435711 on June 3 at 1.59 pm for 84.75. On June 5 I purchased a Money order [protected] and mailed it out to Imperial parking canada corp at PO BOX 3590 station terminal vancouver bc v6b 6p3. i thought ok issue taken care of, about 2-3 weeks later I am getting collections notices, i called numerous times and spoke to many people, they kept saying they did not receive it. when I got the 3rd letter on Oct 3, I called the post office to cancel the payment and she told me I have to go get a NEW money order and she will send the refund of 84.75 to me in the mail.

Oct 3 went to post office and got a new money order [protected] for 96.05 and sent to imperial parking canada corp at PO BOX 3590 station terminal vancouver bc v6b 6p3. today Oct 27 I called the post officer and they told me Imperial parking canada corp cashed both money orders [protected] for 84.75 -oct 4 and [protected] for 96.05-oct 12

I had accidently purchased monthly parking for September, not knowing it is auto taken from my account. I called in Aug. 31, 2022 to request a refund. The rep told me he set the refund up and i will receive a refund in 3-5 business days.

I called back a week later, the rep told me my refund was APPROVED, but may take up to 15 days to see a refund.

I called back 2 weeks later. and was told the refund was NOT processed, and there was a credit issued for my account. at this point i asked to speak with a supervisor as this has been almost a month and still going back and forth.

The supervisor i spoke with was not helpful at all, he keeps telling me he has no idea when my refund will be issued and its not up to him to know, its on accounting.

I have been dealing with this since aug 31, and if I didn't keep calling - no one would follow up with me. I am appalled by this customer service.

The supervisor told me he would give me a call back to update me on the issue. Never received a call back, i had to call him back the following week and was on hold and back and forth with a rep who was telling me "no supervisors are here i can send him a text to call you back" I said no, i will wait until a supervisor answers my call. ironically, he was in office and picked up the call. it is beyond me, how impark can hold my money for almost over a month and with no actions happening, i will continue to escalate this issue until SOMEONE is held accountable for this insane customer service and until i finally see the refund i am entitled to.

I parked my vehicle at lot 186 today and paid the early bird price where the parking expired at 6pm.

I got a parking notice #03D489593. As per phone message when calling, I needed to submit copies of paid receipt to customer service via Impark.com. However, nothing can be sent through the web page. There was a Customer Assistance button but when clicked, nothing was available. There was only an option to pay.

I have been parking in this commuter lot for years. Recently, my credit card keeps getting charged for times that I do not park and I believe there is a malfunction. Last week I was charged six (6) times a $2.00 parking fee for a day when I was not there and they were all within a minute of each other at an off time of day like 1:00 p.m. - I normally park at 7:00 a.m. and return at 6:00 p.m. Today I was charged twice consecutively.

My tow truck was ticketed while I was servicing a vehicle in parking garage. My truck don’t fit in the garage so truck was parked on main floor while I serviced vehicle through CAA. Called phone number on ticket and was told nothing they can due cause I was parked on private property. Will be contacting CAA and letting them know that we cannot service any of your customers cars while on property and let them know what happened while I was servicing a vehicle

I tried twice online to cancel my monthly parking the first time I was after the 7th of the month, their site was "down" for a couple of days and I could not cancel by that date.

I then was able to cancel online accepted that it would not be till the first of the next month. I did not receive a cancellation email nor did I screen shot the cancellation.

I was then charged for the next full month tired to cancel again online did not receive and email. This time when I saw the charge on my credit card AGAIN if finally found a phone number to call and got it cancelled over the phone however they would only credit me back for two weeks!

This is unacceptable!
