I paid for parking but had difficulty as you can't just pay at the parking stand using a credit card-I had to go into the building and find someone to help me download an app in order to pay. In the mean time, I was issued a ticket. When I contact an online agent to explain the situation, and verified that I had indeed paid, the agent insisted there was no dispute, I just had to pay the ticket. I asked to speak to a supervisor as I did not agree-I had paid for parking! The agent refused to let me speak to anyone else stating that I would be given the same answer and that I needed to pay the ticket regardless of the fact they could see that I had indeed paid but was 49 minutes late to pay. I paid for an hour of parking but the majority of time was spent trying to pay for parking and then got a $98 ticket on top of it.
Recommendation: Do not use impark if you can at all help it
Dispute regarding a parking ticket after having difficulty with the parking app to pay-verified that I had paid but it was later than when the ticket was issued. I explained that I have a brain injury and have difficulty navigating online systems and apps-had to go into the building to get help from someone to download the app and then ay as you can no longer simply pay using a machine with a credit card at the parking site.
