Asahi India Glass Limited Broadband connection Issue

This is ezhilan from chennai, with reference to BSNL advertisement i have interested to apply broadband connection nearast to my locality and i have deposited the required amount, i was waiting for nearly 20 days for broadband connection but have not, then i went to ask the BSNL (Ambattur -Telephone exchange) office they simply replied me, the feasibility of broadband connection not applicable to your area then i got shocked because of this answer, now i am going to cancel my broadband connection.

In this above activity my time was wasted and i thought this is service BSNL giving to the cust0mer.
