When attempting to make a call for pickup this business just let the phone ring. This happened four times. On the fifth, sixth, and seventh time we got a busy signal. On the eighth time, someone picked up and then put the phone down as we could hear what was going on in the room. On the ninth through 14th time, we got busy signals again.

If you don't want people to order, just pick up the phone and tell people to not order. Don't put customers through a run around.
