This company withdrew money out of my checking account without my authorization twice, bringing my account into a negative status. This caused overdrawn fees that I could not afford. I applied for a payday loan which in turn gave my information to these people and they automatically started billing me for a service I never wanted or even asked for. I spoke to them via email and was told they would stop the billing but would not refund my money because of the customer terms and conditions. I wasn't even their customer. I did not want nor ask for this service. Be careful. NMB Platinum also did the same thing and I believe they work together in some way, at least thru the payday loan company I applied at.

I also signed up for the ID theft protection plan by accident, and I was really frustrated at first but after some thinking, I realized it's really important to have one these days. And I said I got it by accident because I didn't read the terms first and when I visited the site again, I saw what it's for and realized my mistake. I suppose there are a lot of you out there with a similar case an I ask you to please just admit your faults rather than blame the company.

Well, aren't you just thankful the charges are for something that's useful? I mean, not all payday loans offer ID theft protection plans. But if you really don't like it, well, sorry. Maybe this incidence will teach you to read all the important stuff next time.

You can't say you don't know anything about it. You must have applied for a loan online and the site matched you with an independent lender. That's how you got the $31.98 on your bank account. If you just read the terms and conditions, you wouldn't wonder what it's all about. Don't go blaming the company immediately. Sometimes, we just have to be honest with ourselves and admit our mistakes instead of harming innocent people.

The company has every right to take money from your bank account coz you authorized them to do so when you signed up for a deal with them. It's all written on the disclaimer. The company's just doing what it's supposed to do. What are you complaining about? And also, there's an option there if you don't want to sign up for the ID theft protection plan. You should've chosen it if you don't want to be charged $31.98.

So for all of you wanting your money back, here is how you do it.

I work for a Bank's (Name doesnt matter) Corporate Security Department which deals with fraud cases. Go into your local branch, and speak to a Customer Service Rep and ask for the "UnAuthorized ACH" form.

What this does, is you make a statement that the charges from your account was not authorized. When anyone makes an ACH through a Bank, their account number and their bank is exposed for the Back Offices to see. All we do, is do an ACH to their account from their bank for the amount of money that was Credited to your account. So lets say they take out $30, we go in their account and take $30 back into your account.

We then suggest closing your account ASAP so they do not try to put the charge though again, which trust me...they will.

If you guys have questions, please send me an email above.

A 31.98 charge was drawn out of my checking account without my authorization. I didn't know what it was until I looked online to see their website address. I had no idea who they were, so I put in their address and it took me to this site where there are many complaints about these same people!

Yes this also happened to me. It was a surprise to see a $6.78 and a$31.98 charge - charged twice removed from my checking account without my authorization. This also caused an overdraft situation with overdraft fees. The total within one month removed from my checking without authorization from this company was $70.74 . I want this money put back in my account immediatly.

I do not know who you are and i never authorized you to withdraw monies from any account of mine which has caused me a return fee because i did not havs those monies. I am disabled and you are going to hear from one of the attorneys at legal aid soon. I strongly advise you to return my funds that the bank charged me due to you attempt to steal from me.

This morning like I do every morning I check my bank statement online. Well this morning there was a charge for $31.98 from these people. I called my bank they gave me this 1-800# [protected]) to this company. I had spokened with a guy named "Bill" and he said that I had applied for a loan back in November of 2007. The weird part is that he knew the exact date that I had applied for an installment loan on line, but didnt give the name of the company that I had done business with. I really didnt give this guy a chance to speak cause I was yelling at him from the moment I had gotten on the phone til I had hung up. If anyone has any information or if anyone has started a class action lawsuit against these people, please let me know cause I want to put a stop to this!!

They tried the same thing to me twice. But did not suceed. I just so happened to close my check account before all this started. Its a shame when you try to borrow money or apply for anything on line and this then this sort of thing happens. They can keep trying to get money from my accont. But they'll just keep running into a brick wall! Dumb ###!!
