I’ve reached out for over a week now and have heard nothing from anyone at I’d.me
Have tried multiple times and filled out all their requirements for response. Still nothing
Can’t log into the IRS because I can get my account reactivated.
Terrible support service from ID.me
Filed my first request on 2/6/26
I am a on phone technician and would be reprimanded if I treated anyone like this.
Just shows how much ID.me cares about people.

Desired outcome: Need someone from ID.me to contact me and get this straightened out.

I’ve followed all the directions on your AI bots request and have heard nothing back. I am going to contact my NY State representatives on this situation to see if they can get an answer.
Filed several tickets and nothing back yet.
