ID.me Fix my account so that I can log in please thank you

I have been through all the verification process ok, supposedly. Or so I've been told, anyway.

I have been unable to log into my account because it is suspended for some unknown reason. I got no notice of this action by email an ID have no clue as to what is going on.

I have emailed the company several times asking for help only to get no response. This is completely unacceptable because you can't even pick up a phone and call... They leave you a message to send more useless time wasting emails for naught and it hangs up in you!

So much for customer service. This speaks volumes concerning how they feel concerning their customers. I need this for a job I'm doing it I wouldn't waste my time, I'd tell them where to stick it, especially after I've read how they treat others and their info too. Any help you can give in this hopeless situation with this useless company would. Be greatly appreciated, because they don't seem to care at all.

Thank you for your time!

I filed a PUA claim in NC in December, was denied eligibility and file an appeal in March , had an appeal hearing in September and a reversal of the denial in October. Asked to verify my identity through ID.me and have uploaded my current driver's license, I also have an old expired hard copy of my previous license and a paper copy of an expired set. I have uploaded my birth certificate, marriage certificate, social security card, bank statements and voter registration. Because my grandkids have lost the hard copy of my license and it will take 20 days to get a new one in the mail I have been denied eligibility again for a claim that I filed and have been fighting for 10 months for. I asked if I got a new copy made which would be a temporary paper copy they give you at first would ID.me accept it and was told no. I explained that I had 14 days to verify before being found ineligible again and the driver's license office said it would take up to 20 days to receive the hard copy in the the mail. I asked to verify in person. I was told the claim was escalated which apparently means they email NC.DES to tell them my identity cannot be verified. I am verified through login.gov for the SSA website and I am verified through the IRS but cannot get verified because I cannot hold up a hard copy of my license which I already uploaded a scan of and they won't accept anything else. I was told my voter registration card was expired, it's valid for a lifetime. I was told my voter registration card could not be accepted if I was registered to vote before 2020. I registered to vote in *** 2020. You have made it look like I am fraudulent which could not be further from the truth and cause my 10 month old claim to be denied. This is ridiculous. ID.me is the sole way of verifying Identity for the

ID me is a application designed specifically to halt poor people from getting any government benefits, from IRS return to unemployment benefits.

The job of ID me, is to place roadblocks in the way of anyone attempting to receive government benefits.

Any imbecile can deduce when they are being scammed, and this 'application' neither detours those actors but actually assists them while placing the blame on its captive users.

The application does not stop fraud, it facilitates it purposefully.

Trying to apply for NJ unemployment benefits. You are required to verify your identity with ID.me. No other method. Last date of employment was 01/31/22. End of February, I tried to use ID.me. I followed all the steps but I haven't received a confirmation email from them. Apparently I need this confirmation email to file for unemployment benefits. I have reached out to ID.me on 3/10/22 since I haven't received a response, and again on 3/15/22. I finally received an email with the same instructions as shown on their website on 3/19/22, so it's not helping the situation. I've reached back out to them on 3/19/22 telling them that it's not resolving the issue, and I have heard nothing back. This is unacceptable. I am not sure what I am doing wrong, and it's nearly impossible to get a real person to tell me what I need to do. In the interim, I can't claim unemployment benefits. Not acceptable!

My account info is correct. The verification email is different and wrong. I am not able to verify my veteran status. Also, The veterans administration Is changing their sign in to my healthy vet. It's IDMe.com that sends out an email for verification. I never can respond since it does not reach me. The support system is completely broken. There is no phone number to call. There is no 24-hour support. After filing a support ticket it can take weeks just to get a response. Check this out, id.me caused a HUGE problem on my part. I use them for government services -- IRS and Veteran Affairs. Long ago I switched from *** to ***, and eventually *** closed my account because I no longer use it. Some time ago id.me added a new policy where if you have two accounts that share any information (SSN, for example) you cannot verify your information. So I submitted a ticket, I just wanted to verify my info and close the *** account. These idiots suspended the only account I have access to, not the yahoo one. Now I can't access IRS or VA info, my tax filing is now late, and there is no way to solve the problem because the agent wanted me to call him over *** during US business hours. Dude. I'm in Taiwan, I'm not going to call id.me at 4AM local time, that's when I sleep. All I want is my account opened back up, it should have never been suspended to begin with and I regret even trying to file a support ticket.

ID.me On June 23 I used the online process at id

On June 23 I used the online process at id.me to verify my identity per the federal governments instructions so I could opt out of the child tax credit. After completing all the information online including submitting a video of myself, I received an error. I tried again and received another error. I contacted their customer service via the online function regarding my issue. They responded by email within a few hours that I had another account set up under another email address of which I had never heard. I responded by email within an hour & explained that the other email address was not me and I was very concerned because not only could I not opt out of the child tax credit without being verified, but that someone else was posing as me. I had my identity stolen in January and several attempts at opening credit cards so I was concerned that these could be related and even if they weren't, someone else was verified with my identity. Customer service responded within minutes that they apologized for the technical error I had with my account and they would contact me when it was resolved. I did not hear from them for a week so I emailed them on June 30th and reminded them this was an urgent issue about my identity and asked how I could escalate. I did not hear back and emailed them again on August 16th asking for a response. I received a response by email on November 10th saying that my (real) email address was a duplicate and they suspended my account. I emailed them back within 30 minutes and asked why they would delete my real email address and they still hadn't addressed my identity theft issue. They emailed back that they were escalating it internally for review. I emailed them and asked for an escalation path as it had been months and I'm still unable to verify my identity with the federal government. They have no other communication methods on their website or escalation paths they advertise on their site.

I wanted to open and acct. with the IRS. You canNOT believe the hoops you have to jump through with IDme. I did EVERYthing I was asked to do. Their system said the picture of my driver's license wasn't clear but it was! It was very clear and readable. Since they would not accept that (something THEY requested), I had to resort to clicking on a link so I could take a "selfie" so, I did that, and...the screen kept spinning and spinning, then...somehow, when I went back to the log in, they had somehow signed me up for a video conf. which was even worse! They wanted documents after documents...it was ludicrous! Go and try to open an acct. with the IRS if you don't believe me. It is awful! It's time consuming and degrading and frustrating. It took me two days and I STILL do not have an account with the IRS! Someone needs to do something about this! I have NEVER experienced anything like this and the lack of customer service is appalling! There is none! NO expedient customer service AT ALL!

Third party vendor is maintaining inaccurate identifying information and refuses to acknowledge my divorce documents and either update or delete my account. My name, mailing address, email, and phone have legally changed due to divorce. I have provided court records and government documents to verify my identity. They keep insisting that the account is high-level verified, yet how can it be high-level verified when all my identifying information is inaccurate? The only piece they've got right is my social security number.

At the beginning of this month, I discovered that the IRS will soon require identity verification through ID.me to access IRS transcripts. When I successfully created an ID.me account and verified my identity, I was informed that my identity had already been verified under a different email address. I had never used ID.me before, and the email address fragment provided doesn't match any that have ever belonged to me. So someone else has coopted my identity and can now access my tax records and even file a fraudulent return in my name! Repeated help desk tickets filed with ID.me have yielded no response and there is no way to talk to a human on the phone. If ID.me does not resolve my issue soon, I will be forced to take legal action against them. This also calls into question the security practices of ID.me. If it's this easy for anyone to use this service to steal your identity and commit fraud using any number of official government systems, they should be shutdown and held criminally liable for their gross incompetence!

ID.ME is a authentication vendor selected by the federal IRS. In attempting to get into my IRS records online, one must now be authenticated by ID.ME. The process is multi-step and convoluted. It is much more complicated than any other government or commercial entity I deal with. They require facial identification, uploading of personal documents and personal data. Their facial recognition system didn't work; defective after trying 4 times. I understand from news articles that this feature has created an uproar and the IRS is going to have them eventually phase this out, but for now it is still there. They didn't recognize my home phone number though I have had the same one over 30 years. I had to wait over 2 hours for them to connect me with a "referee" who didn't like one of my 3 submitted ID's. He refused to accept any proof during the video call. He said he would send me a link to start entering again but HE DID NOT! I do not know how to proceed as a result, and my access to my IRS account is not allowed.

ID.me Toward the end of August , I noticed that there was an error when trying to log in to the VA

Toward the end of August , I noticed that there was an error when trying to log in to the VA.gov site to access my VA benefits. In the months previously, I'd generally logged in with a DoD common access card; however, I had recently resigned from my government position and had to use a login/password, which is handled by ID.ME.I noted the error said the account was suspended after troubleshooting through their website. On or about 1 September I filed another ticket requesting my account be resinstated. Later that day I received an email from a customer service rep at ID.ME that they apologized for the delay and would escalate my ticket for resolution. On September 11 I received an email from an Analyst: Hello, Thank you for your inquiry regarding your account with ID.me. Upon further review, we determined your account will remain suspended due to suspicious activity. Best,*** Analyst ID.me, Inc.---I immediately followed up with *** to request a supervisor or some other person to help me resolve the issue so that I could access my VA benefits through the online VA portal. After weeks of no response, I reached out again and filed a ticket through their chat function. The technician reconfirmed that my account was suspended and that a secondary email was associated with my account. She provided enough information about that email account that I could determine it was not mine. She also said she would escalate the issue - this was on or about 28 October . All I want is to be able to access my VA benefits and update my disability claim. I served honorably for 28 years in the *** - deployed multiple times to combat. I have been diagnosed with PTSD and I would really just appreciate some help from these people behind the curtain. It makes no sense to me that some private company could just refuse me access to my VA benefits. I'm at a complete loss for what to do. I am able to forward the email traffic I've had with their tech support.

I am trying for HOURS now to set up an account with this organization- apparently, you can only do business online with the IRS thru ID.me. The steps to verify my identity are NOT working. My photo is uploading sideways, no matter what I do to change its orientation, it uploads side-ways. There is NO Help button or any way to ask a question or get human assistance on their website. I think it is shameful of the IRS to do business with a private organization in this way- I CANNOT access the information I need! ID.me is NOT responding to my inqiries for help. I am VERY frustrated and angry

I have reached out to id.me multiple times via their contact option on their website and to no avail, no response. The company has partnered with the IRS for whatever reason (I strongly hope that the government will terminate this relationship immediately) and in order to get information required for conducting business you must go through ID.me. I have followed the requisite steps to verify my identity and experienced ongoing set backs, unhelpful and rude personnel, consistently incorrect 'estimated wait times,' and have spent much of my waking ours for 24 hours trying to 'join [a] video call' to resolve the issue. - Company refused to accept my valid New York State Drivers license - Representative hung up on me - I have sent multiple messages that have been unreturned - If you use a phone and the screen locks you will be disconnected and have to start over - If you try and switch from phone to computer you will loose your place in line - there is no call back option - I have been on hold to 'join [a] video call' to resolve the issue since yesterday afternoon, last night I was waiting until after 11pm and today I have been waiting again since approximately 1020am; the estimated wait time is consistently incorrect - original estimates anticipated a video call at [protected]; current wait time is estimated at 11 minute (it has been approximately 15 minutes for well over an hour)

ID.me I had my identity verified using ID

I had my identity verified using ID.me for an unemployment compensation claim that I attempted to file with Pennsylvania. Unfortunately, half-way through the process of filing that claim (only after ID.me had verified me), did PA alert me that I was supposed to file my claim in New Jersey. I live in PA but have mostly worked in NJ. So I stopped my claim with PA as instructed. After filing with NJ, they sent me to ID.me for verification. I went through the same process again with ID.me (even though I was already identified on for PA, I was required to do it again for NJ). As I filled out the information on ID.me I received an error message telling me they could not complete the verification for NJ because it looked like I was attempting to file in two states at the same time. The error message that I got is as follows: "Unable to continue: Unemployment assistance is only allowed at ONE state. It looks like you are trying to access assistance for more than one state. If you believe you've received this message in error, please tell us why and then click submit"I filled out their form with my complaint. On 11/22, I received an automated response that said: Thank you for submitting your request for assistance. A Member Support Representative will be reaching out as soon as possible with assistance. For your records, your ticket number is ***. I've continually checked back with them and haven't received contact from any person at ID.me, only automated responses. I now have 3 ticket numbers: ***, ***, 8110493.I spoke with people at PA and *** unemployment offices and they both told me that they have no way of contacting ID.me directly. ABSURD! These state entities pay ID.me for their services and it's incredible that they can't get hold of ID.me to help resolve this. I need ID.me to release my identity verification to NJ, and contact me directly to verify they've resolved this. Please help me so I can start collecting my unemployment. Thank you.

My problem is I was taken off unemployment back in June this year and was told to restart my unemployment by calling and talking to someone at the Texas Workforce Commission. In doing so they told me I need to re-verify myself and a month later I was finally able try re-verify myself using i d me but I could not get my camera on my phone to open up take the selfie picture nor could I upload anyting to i d me so I was instructed by people at the Workforce Commission to fax my documents to the t w c and did so on August 26th it is now November 24th and I have not been verified I have not been able anyone are the benefits Department of Workforce Commission give me any more information on what's going on with ID me and why they have not identified my I didn't yet causing me to continue to stay broke because I had to spend the rest of my savings ultimately the very last I lost losing my wallet with my ID and my social security card which I cannot picture until I can pay for another ID which is becoming more and more impossible because I have no money and no family that will help me to secure my license or even help me with basic hygienic supplies. I just got a call from the Energy company in San Antonio where I live stating that they were going to disconnect my services due to non-payment, also I had my car repoed I have no way of paying property tax to keep them from trying to foreclose on my home it has been a nightmare dealing with this inappropriate situation with nobody should have or ever have to go to through and I'm needing someone help my situation. I have medical conditions and no money to pay for visit nor medicine and feel like this is a very very inappropriate thing to do to someone the name of protection from fraud as I was put on unemployment by the company I was working for I would like for my money to be released to me so that I can take care of things did they have caused me seriously to fall behind on and jeopardizing my physical and mental health

ID.me The week of 11/22/10 the state of IN Unemployment office said I needed to verify my identity through this entity

The week of 11/22/10 the state of IN Unemployment office said I needed to verify my identity through this entity. I submitted a photo of the front/back of my DL and a live photo of my face. 24 hours later, I received an email stating they couldn't validate my identity and to resubmit, which I did immediately. 24 hours later, I received the same message. This time, I had to submit 2 pieces of ID (there were other options, but required even more documentation). I submitted photos of the front and back of my DL, and the photo page of my passport. 24 hours later, they said it couldn't be validated and to resubmit. I did this yet again, and 24 hours later it said I needed to resubmit. This time when I tried, it said I would need to virtually meet with an ID.ME referee. I joined the virtual wait room and the timer (suggesting the actual wait time) would go up and down drastically. After more than 5 hours with the site open on my device, I decided I would have to rejoin the following day. This went on for several days. After 3-4 days of this, I finally received notice in the virtual wait room that my turn was up next - only for it to immediately be denied by the referee. Their excuse was that I didn't provide a photo of the entire passport? I guess they wanted an image of the signatory page above the ID page? Once again, I submitted and had to go through the process of waiting in a virtual waiting room that has no logic built into it apparently. It does not operate on a first in first serve basis - clearly. Yesterday, I was in their virtual room nearly the entire day. At no point did the wait time say that it would be more than 4 hours. Their site states they operate till midnight EST. As the time never dropped to less than 1 hour and 45 minutes (wait time) I realized they still probably wouldn't do anything (to no surprise). I left the site open on my phone overnight. This morning I received an email I had to re-log in again and had essentially been told they removed me from their virtual wait room

ID.me URGENT VERIFICATION OF IDENTITY NEEDED FOR MY ARIZONA PUA UNEMPLOYMENT BENEFITS

URGENT VERIFICATION OF IDENTITY NEEDED FOR MY ARIZONA PUA UNEMPLOYMENT BENEFITS. I opened my IDME account DEC 4, 2020 with continued failed attempts at IDme lifting the block on my PUA benefits. IDme has interfered with the progress of my PUA Unemployment process continuously resulting in my PUA Claim Applications to timeout forcing me to start over with no chance of recouping the financial loss or financial relief for all the lost weeks, now months, of income. IT HAS NOW BEEN 11 WEEKS WITHOUT INCOME. IDme's ONGOING REPETITIVE UNSUCCESSFUL PROCESS HAS CAUSED EXTREME MENTAL AND EMOTIONAL STRESS ON ME RESULTING IN PHYSICAL and HEALTH RAMIFICATIONS WITH EXTREME WEIGHT LOSS, HEART PALPITATIONS, AND DEPRESSION. After reading several, which are only a few of the thousands of consumer complaints online, it is obvious this is not an isolated incident. I have REPEATEDLY logged into my ID.me account, submitted several documents proving my identity and several selfies, countless hours, days, weeks and now months, only to be put in IDme's loop to start over or waiting on a nonresponsive loop to "MEET WITH AN ID.ME TRUSTED REFEREE TO VERIFY YOUR IDENTITY". I have literally left my computer on for over 20 hours waiting in the above-mentioned loop to contact a 'TRUSTED REFEREE" to no avail. I have emailed ID.ME with link through their website with only an automated response "We apologize that it is taking us longer than expected to get to your ticket. Your issue is very important to us and we are working diligently to get caught up and respond in a more timely manner. A Member Support Representative will be reaching out as soon as possible with assistance. If this is in regards to an urgent need to verify your identify, please send an email with your Ticket ID # to urgent.[protected]@id.me and we will validate and verify the request." I have replied several times including "Ticket ID # to urgent.[protected]@id.me", still nothing. I NEED IDME TO VARIFY MY IDENTITY AND RELEASE THE BLOCK ON MY ARIZONA AND FEDERAL PUA BENEFITS! PLEASE HELP Respectfully Submitted

ID.me I was instructed by the California Employment Development Department that I needed to verify my identity using ID

I was instructed by the California Employment Development Department that I needed to verify my identity using ID.me service. My unemployment claim (along with tens of thousands of others) was frozen until we prove our identity. We are given 10 CALENDAR days to do so. It took over 8.5 hours holding online in order to get verified. This in and of itself is horrific. I've read so many people's social media posts who have had the same .. and longer.. experiences. Some holding for longer then getting kicked out and having to start all over After finally getting to a human to verify me, he told me that once I receive the email confirmation from ID.me that I was verified, I needed to log back into my ID.me account and authorize the info to be sent to CA EDD. Following his instructions, there is no where in their system to do this. Their website posts that support is available 24/7 (via email only, not phone). I immediately submitted a request (1/14), explaining my issue and that there was a deadline in which I needed to get this completed. I immediately received an automated confirmation email of receipt of my request. On 1/16 I received another automated email with an "Apologies for the delay"... I took to social media to see if anyone else had issues and saw there were hundreds of others experiencing the same as me. Someone on their FB social media team sent me an email... via Facebook...telling me that if I give them the info I signed up with, they can look into it. THIS COMPANY IS SUPPOSED TO BE A SECURE SERVICE ! THEY HAVE ALL OF MY PERSONAL INFORMATION including front/back copies of my drivers license, Passport, social security number, address, phone! This is NOT something to be taken lightly -- and certainly NOT something to be discussed or 'worked out' via an unsecure social media platform.! This is extremely upsetting on several levels: First, that this company is collecting sensitive complete information on people and are providing ZERO customer support. Second, that this company is allowing their social media managers handle said sensitive information outside of what should be an extremely secure platform... And Third, that their lack thereof is directly affecting my (and countless others) access to our unemployment benefits. This company NEEDS to be INVESTIGATED held ACCOUNTABLE for the SENSITIVE INFORMATION THAT THEY ARE COLLECTING! Thank you

ID.me I have spent over 6 hours today, trying to get my ID verified by this company so that I can prove to CA EDD that I am not a fraud

I have spent over 6 hours today, trying to get my ID verified by this company so that I can prove to CA EDD that I am not a fraud. The link to the ID.ME site, supplied by the CA EDD sent me to a site that did not work - ERROR. I went directly to their site and created an account using my email address and all other info to open up an account. I started the verification process by receiving a number by text on my cell phone to verify my email address. I input the number prompted by the email link and I received another ERROR when clicking on their link to go back to my account. Every step I tried to complete using my cell phone continuously failed verification. I was only able to complete 3 steps through my laptop, all the rest is demanded to be done on a cell phone - this is discriminatory. It is not user friendly with my phone. I'm not a selfie taker and do not wish to be one for proving my verification. CA EDD suspended my account on 12/31. On, 01/06, I received the information of what to do to verify that I am not a fraud. I've been given 10 days to complete this process. ID.ME, directs you to contact support if you have any problems completing this process. I clicked on the contact support link and then received this email message: Thank you for submitting your request for assistance. A Member Support Representative will be reaching out as soon as possible with assistance. For your records, your ticket number is *** I've called the company number provided but it directs you back to contact support but does indicate that there are extension #'s but you need to know them! I have no idea whether I will receive a call/text/email back from them by January 16. They say they are a 24/7 business. Does that mean they will be calling me at anytime of day or night? How do I know it's them when they call. The one call that I received to get a verification number for my email showed as scam likely. This is a frustrating process. I'm in desperate need of my unemployment during this very unsettling time. I feel that ID.ME's practice of verification is discriminatory by being cell phone centric! I have a very capable laptop that will allow me to complete their process - and the ability to converse with a technician that can verify me. For whatever reason, my cellphone does not work with their app. I know I'm not the only one experiencing this very frustrating process. They need to do better!

ID.me Starting at the beginning of December, I began submitting documentation to ID

Starting at the beginning of December, I began submitting documentation to ID.me for identity verification purposes in order to submit a claim online for unemployment with ***. After struggling with the website's interface, which includes instructions that are confusing or misleading at multiple intervals, I eventually managed to complete all steps only to be informed that the company's verification system could not successfully verify my identity. I was then forwarded to a virtual waiting room to meet with a "Trusted Referee" to have my identity verified in realtime via video conference-- the waiting time was listed as approximately 3 hours, but as I waited I noticed the time continually ticking upwards, then going down, then ticking back upwards. After waiting over an hour and making no significant progress in terms of estimated time to wait, I submitted an inquiry via their Support portal on Friday, December 11 asking simply when the best time would be to return to the waiting queue in order to minimize the required wait time and ensure contact with a Referee. On Sunday, December 13 I received an automated response apologizing for the delay and assuring me the Support Ticket had been received and that the Member Support Team was working on a response, and encouraging me to reply to the automated e-mail if I had any additional questions or needed additional support. Following no further contact from the company, on Monday, December 14 I decided to once again attempt the waiting queue for a Trusted Referee and waited the entire 4+ hours (when the timer, at the start of the wait time, only listed approximately 2 hours), after which I was connected with a Trusted Referee via a virtual conference room. I then had to allow permissions for my webcam and microphone, which despite permitting several times were not connecting: I could neither hear nor see the Trusted Referee either, although the sidebar indicated that a conference host was in the room. I did eventually manage to get my microphone and webcam broadcasting after a few minutes, but as I did so the Trusted Referee left the room and did not return to verify my identity. I immediately submitted an additional request for support via the automated response e-mail explaining everything that had occurred, and since then have been met only with more automated e-mails encouraging me to "pick up where I left off" by following links that take me back to the 4+ hour virtual waiting room. At no time in this process have I been contacted by an actual human being, or provided any guidance whatsoever by this company's support team.

ID.me Sat, Dec 19, 2020, 12:06 PM I received a welcome email for id

Sat, Dec 19, 2020, 12:06 PM I received a welcome email for id.me thanking me for signing up. (which I thought was a marketing email because it stated that I had signed up for ID.me at ***) I NEVER use ***, have never, will never. I have always used cable and have no desire to change, but then at 12:18 PM (12 minutes later) I get a second email stating my account is locked because "In researching our member verification data and your attempt to verify your ID.me Account, we noticed multiple ID.me accounts designated to the same individual using different email addresses". I never attempted any such thing so I immediately responded and told them I did NOT sign up and even if I do sign up for anything on line which is RARE, I NEVER give my private email to companies on line. I use a different email so that when they sell my info, I don't get spammed. I got a computer reply to see their website to answer common questions, which of course doesn't answer why I am being signed up for something I did not sign up for. Their questions are designed for uses of their service of which I am not. So I tried to contact them with their form but it is also only designed for members so the drop downs that I am forced to use (not optional), don't have anything pertaining to my situation. So I simply chose an option in order to get an email to them. That got me a computer reply with a ticket number. I try again, hoping to find a way to reach this company ASAP because I'm concerned that someone could be using my credentials to sign up for stuff, and I do NOT want any accounts opened in my name and I ESPECIALLY don't want anyone having my email address. This gets me another ticket number. I continue contacting them multiple times on the 20th and 22nd which results in two auto replies with two ticket numbers. I let it go for a few days due to holidays then On the 31st I get an email stating someone would be in touch with me and a third ticket number. I allow a couple more days for new years then I continue attempting to get an answer since I see this as a crucial situation that someone may be signing me up for a service that I didn't even know exists until now. I get another email from them on Jan 2nd apologizing for delay and reminding me of the third ticket number. I must have tried their contact form on their site again because Jan 4th I get another auto reply with a 4th ticket number. I've lost track now from trying so many times since December 19th yet I can't get anything but computer generated replies that don't address my situation. I sincerely hope that someone accidentally put my email in their account but if so, I want to make sure it is REMOVED ASAP.

After a very long and very tedious process to simply upload some documents, this App wants to take a selfie video. But it doesn't work! It either says TOO FAR or TOO CLOSE with virtually a millimeter of movement! An hour wasted!

After logging in, if you click on one if their link, it logs you out. You have to go through 2 factor authentication once again.

My uploaded photos were rejected and I created a ticket - no resolution. I called, tried chat, emailed the two founders. No luck!
