The site is deceptive and misleading; it is simply a gateway that punts the jobseeker over to one of several other unrecognizable, generic, unheard of 'job listing' websites (e.g. "EveryJobForMe.com") which are in fact no more than job search engines themselves ("EveryJobForMe is a job search engine") ...just like Lensa ("Lensa is a job search engine.") A search engine that redirects to another search engine...?!

Consider whether the average reasonable user would likely know the difference between:

(a) "a job board, recruitment, and career platform"

(b) "a job search engine, which produces links that redirect to other job search engines"

Next stop: File complaint with the FTC reporting unfair and misleading business practices.

I recieved prompt emails that were always within the scope of what I was searching for. Very good. I can reccomend them.

My experience was positive. They were expedient and a pleasure to work with throughout all interactions and that was appreciated!

I think Lensa Inc. is proving to be an attentive and efficient information technology service company that is ahead of its years in business.

Too much add and emails , always have to go through same questions and jobs to get to my final request . More of other work sites has entered from your site .

I forwarded the fact that I did not have a resume as I had only 1 job as a realtor. I received a prompt reply directing me to a site which would offer suggestions on how to create a resume.

This business is a scam and sell your info. They post as a job opening and once you enter your email address it creates account for marketing and emails never stop. I have emailed and unsubscribed and still receiving junk mail.

From what I've seen, this company only reposts jobs others have posted. For example, almost a week after the SXSW event was cancelled due to the Cornonavirus, there is at least one job, "Event Helper/Coordinator for SXSW Trade Show" still posted from Lensa, long after the actual SXSW organization took them down.

Daniel who is my advisor is really great at keeping me up-to-date on job postings. The company has a ton of different job postings daily. It makes it very easy to find a job pretty easy. I've been on several interviews and going several more. I love this site. You should give them a try. They are top-notch in my book.

I am a 58 yo disabled veteran, who has been out of work for a long time. So far, Lensa,Inc. is the only company that seems to be taking me seriously when I say I am looking for gainful employment in a work from home position. Today is the 1st time I have been to the ComplaintsBoard.com, to type a review, and I can see that their overall rating is 2.25 out of 5, and I do not agree with it. I honestly believe it should be much higher. Thank you for your time.

I have recently started looking for a difficult position--Part-time, Work-at-Home. There aren't many of these jobs available, and most of the ones that are available are somewhat ridiculous, asking you to take endless surveys (mostly about yourself and your buying habits) for a pittance. A frequent problem with the job survey companies is that they simply send you dozens of job postings--throwing them against the wall and see if something sticks--with little or no attention to the needs of the applicant. In my case, with the above job requirements (part-time, work-at-home), I get probably 98% of my job listings that are either full-time or work-onsite. Lensa has sent me their fair share of wrong postings, but they have also sent me a big part of the 2% of correct postings that matched my requirements. Another thing that has been REALLY unusual about Lensa is that, out of maybe 40-50 job search companies I have contacted, Lensa is one of only two companies who have actually had representatives contact me personally--kudos to Isabel and Daniel.

Lensa has a sneaky personal use policy whereby you have to actively opt out to get out of your information being sold online to other companies. They released my information - God alone knows to what extent - to no less than 5 other third party companies and I have been bombarded by recruiter phone calls at all hours of the day. The only reason they even had my information is because I had to use their portal to apply to a temp contractor position that never worked out anyway back in April. Now it's June and I get emails from several recruiters for a job search that is no longer relevant. I didn't delete my account because I figured that would allow them to give me the run around like the other customer so I am waiting for customer service to take care of both requests to unsubscribe and delete my account on their end instead. No word yet, they supposedly will reach out to me within 48 hours which should be sometime tomorrow. In the meantime I had to individually reach out to all 5 third parties that also have my information as a result of Lensa's privacy (or lack thereof) policies. If covid will be able to shut down some businesses I hope one of them is this.
