We submitted a request through our 2-10 warranty when our heater broke. Ideal Conditions was much more timely in communication than a previous contractor that was assigned to repair a similar issue earlier in the year for our other unit. Mike arrived and diagnosed the issue as well as a few other recommendations that were not identified during our home inspection when we purchased the home earlier in 2020. Then Mike was back out in a few days with the part and repaired the unit. Thanks Mike and Ideal Conditions!

Everyone I've ever dealt with at Ideal Conditions is the very best! Mike, came out to repair my AC and he saved the day! He has outstanding skill, knowledge, and experience and between him and Tom (owner) they let me know exactly what the issue was and how they were going to repair it. Additionally, when Mike arrived he was wearing a mask, which tells me Ideal Conditions takes the safety of their customers and employees into consideration when they come to your home, if you need assistance this is the company to call!

A friend of mine used Ideal Conditions last week when her AC went out and had a wonderful experience so when I noticed mine wasn't working I called. That call was made at 7:00 pm, within about two minutes, I received a call from Mike, the service technician, who said he was on his way. He was very professional and had my unit up and going within an hour. This is the third time I have had issues with the AC since moving in, in 2018, and the first time I have called Ideal Conditions. From now on, they will be the ones I call first.

Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value We had a great experience with Ideal AC. First Tom came over and inspected our situation and gave us a quote and explained a lot of things to us. We decided to hire him and within a few days Jason and Tommy were at our house. They were very polite and worked very hard even though it was very hot. They had to work up in a very hot attic. When they finished they cleaned up every trace of trash and debris. I highly recommend this company and would definitely hire them again.

On Aug 5, Russell did a service maintenance on our HVAC system. He offered good tips on how to maintain our system to increase the longevity of our unit. He found one issue that needed to be addressed by a service technician. When I called the following morning, the receptionist told me she would have someone out between 12:00 and 3:00. Mike was here promptly around noon time, assessed the issue, and was able to correct the problem to further extend the life of our compressor. We have used Ideal Conditions on our previous and current home and have always been pleased with their service.

Another GREAT experience with Ideal Image! I can't say enough about this company. From offering very affordable yearly maintenance plan, the great team in the office that assists you with your call and questions, the awesome maintenance team and technician that come out to complete the work. Big thank you to Mike for improving the air flow in the master bedroom with your recommendation, I could tell a huge difference before you were done! We were serviced by Mike and Jason. Our system was not functioning and they did the most they could do to extend the life of our system. When we agreed that it would be better to bring in a new system, they even discounted the work they have done on the old system into the purchased of the new one. Their work was very professional with a fast delivery time (2 days between the order and installation), quality of the product (we were able to choose our own system), re-check of any requirements (they had to change the power of the heating system due to the size of our wires) and cleanliness (no litter and they are very careful in carpeted areas). I really recommend their service and we are very satisfied with the outcome.

Our HVAC unit would not turn on at all. The thermostat was working but nothing else. Tom and Dave promptly came to our home and was able to get our unit operating. They clearly explained to us what was causing the problem, and that we were going to need future service. They gave us a fair price and explained what the future cost was. They were able to help us figure out how to keep our unit running efficiently & cost effectively. Luckily, we had already purchased a service plan that saved us 3 times what the plan cost. Make sure you purchase their service plan. We definitely will refer Ideal Conditions Heating and Air to anyone with an HVAC unit, not just for repairs, but 6 month cleanings & upkeep. The service plan would be a good gift.

We had our duct work replaced, added three intakes inside, a fresh air intake, additional filtration and UV light air treatment. In addition, we had our current AC equipment serviced. Our technicians were Mike and Jason and they were great. They worked hard, had great attention to detail, were diligent, kept us informed of their progress, were polite and professional, cleaned up, and were just a pleasure to have working in our home. We knew before we had Tom, the owner, out to give us an estimate that we had ductwork issues. His tests proved what we already knew...that we weren't getting adequate airflow. We were getting an average of 72 cfm of airflow per duct. He promised to get it to 90 cfm, but their work increased it to nearly 96 cfm.

My AC went out in the evening so I gave Ideal a call 1st thing in the morning and the owner Tom, showed up within the hour. Mind you I live out in the country and about an hour away from downtown. Tom arrived and was able to diagnose the problem within minutes. He was able to fix it on the spot and mentioned my current unit still had a few more good years in her. This was great news, since I was concern that they were going to tell me I had to replace my AC unit of 20+ years.. Overall, my experience with Ideal Conditions was beyond great and I highly recommend. The owner, along with the rest of the company (according to the comments) are prompt, professional, and honest good working people who know their trade and are only looking to make a honest living out of the work they do.

Superb same day service and follow-up from first call! I called them early to report my AC handler was leaking water in my garage. Took info and said I'd receive a call shortly. Not more than 20 minutes later I had a call giving me a time and Mike would be my tech, probably be here by 10A and he would call when he was on his way. He called. Once here, he spent 1-1 1/2 hours, cleaned the drain line, checked the compressor. Very thorough! Polite & personable! About 3 hours later I saw water pooling in the garage again. I called to report the problem and was told Mike would return the same day. He found the base for the handler had standing water inside it. He extracted it and advised we keep the AC fan running a few days to dry it out inside. He had a full day and remained pleasant and personable! Truly great and prompt service! Air conditioning went out in last evening and I called first thing in the morning. The call was answered y Nicole who quickly got the information about the problem and assure me that they would be out today. No more than two hours later I received a call from Mike, the technician letting me know that he would be out in half an hour. He arrived shortly thereafter and quickly proceeded to identify the problem. He confirmed what I had anticipated. The air handler fan needed replacement. He could do it today if they had the unit in stock. He checked and found they did. He went to pick it up and got to installing it as soon as he got back. By shortly after 12:00 noon the air conditioner was back in working order. Mike displayed a professional and caring attitude as well as his technical expertise. He explained things well and answered questions fully. He did a great job and made our day with the work he did. The high tomorrow is supposed to be in the 90s. But thanks to Ideal Conditions the temperature in my house will be IDEAL!

We called to have a quote to replace our entire AC/Heat system and all of our HVAC plus move the new air handler to the garage. Tom came out same day and spent a few hours with me completely diagnosing my system and completely looking to see what was wrong while thoroughly explaining everything. I had quotes for two options within a hour! I approved the option I chose and Tim had his guys at my house 9am 2 days later. Mike and Tommy were my removal and install guys and they were amazing. They were very polite, constantly cleaning up after themselves and letting me know how the job was going. They completely removed the old HVAC system and then custom made a new one on site and after it was installed it looked like a work of art all the way down to the air handler. In 3 days I had a completely new upgraded hvac system and heat/ac unit, and my attic fully insulated. They even went above and beyond and rerouted a dryer vent for me. Then Shane walked me through completely programming the new thermostat and helped tidy up and add some finishing touches. After that Mike did the CFM test on my duct work and it came out at 94% on the air handler rating and 120% on just the heat unit. Long story short, another AC company decided to sell me a top of the line system. 2.5 years later, I have multiple system malfunctions and have been experiencing redundant component failures. Ideal Conditions was willing to work around my schedule. Tom, the owner, personally came out to meet me with Sean, his service technician, at 6 PM. They analyzed everything and even did something that no other company did; they measured the airflow (CFM's) from each of my 27 vents with an Alnor Hood. I had deficiencies on both my return and supply side of the system. This was a calculation that was not done by the installing company. Instead, they just walked around and “estimated" the CFM's. Tom and Sean did not guess and put pencil to paper with facts. Afterwards, they analyzed my duct work and my system was operating at a 1.2 static pressure, which is death to the life of system components. Since a Carrier Infinity Zone System is extremely sensitive to static pressures, this had to be addressed. This by no means was a small task. In fact, most companies run at this point or try to sell you something else. After asking NUMEROUS questions, I decided to go forward with contracting Ideal Conditions. Mike, Sean, Jason, and Tommy's attention to detail is something like I have never seen. Even though 99% of the work won't be seen in the attic, they made sure everything was perfect. Everything is picture perfect from the way they designed the duct system, the way they hung the duct system, the joints at the plenum boxes, the wiring all neatly tucked and tacked into place, and the duct box to the air handler was reinforced. They added a fresh air intake to my system with an air filter to provide for a cleaner air profile and to keep the house in a positive pressure state which helps with the overall dust factor in a home. They fixed my house air filter system and replaced the wiring that was spliced 4 ways from the original installer. The system was “sweating" profusely due to the static pressure and even though this was fixed, they added extra insulation and replaced existing insulation that was damaged by the water. They also discovered that the system was jury rigged to work, so they drained the system of the freon, put a line dryer on it, and replaced with virgin freon and did a complete fresh install startup. During the duct install, they discovered some water pipes were inconveniently ran. Instead of just working around it, I discovered they actually have an electrical and plumbing department as well. Marti and Chris came out on Day 2 to re run the water pipes in a more convenient way that was aesthetically amazing. Not only that, the water pipes were rerouted so that they were not in danger of any damage from the high traffic area. This house is 25 years old. For 25 years this was just “worked around." Ideal Conditions and their plumbing department did this out of true attention to detail and care. This detour also did not affect my bill. The end result was achieving 98% on the supply air. Anything 90% and over is considered a success. It originally was 76%. The static pressure was originally a whopping 1.2. Afterwards it was .25 on a normal operating stage. They also provided 3 complimentary filters. They say character is doing the right thing when no one is looking. It is so hard to find a company that will do the install the correct way, especially when that install involves house systems in the attic that the homeowner won't see. Ideal conditions went above and beyond on this project, which was a large undertaking and a mess to walk into. The owner, Tom, was personally on site each day. The crew all worked tirelessly with absolute attention to detail and aesthetics. This company represents Honesty, Integrity, and Craftsmanship of the highest standards possible.
