I have an ICICIDirect Account that has only one equity as of now.
I have been wanting to close this after transferring this one equity to another person's account.
I have reached out to ICICI Direct more than 10 times about this, since I cannot legally hold the trading account anymore (became an NRI)
ICICI Direct customer service DOES NOT care and they just suck
Emails to [protected]@icicidirect.com is of no use either
If it were upto me, I would lay-off the entire Customer Service team at ICICI Direct / ICICI Securities. They live just to make life miserable for their customers
