I ordered a slot from Iceland on 13th of November. It was supposed to be delivered on 14th of November between 19:00- 21:00. Order number was 292204549 and I paid £41.90 for this order. At the time of delivery, I received a SMS, that due to unforeseen circumstances your Iceland order is running late and so on. Next day I contacted the customer service, they said, it will be delivered today. for the last two weeks, i have done many emails and calls to customer services. but I did nor receive any positive response. Today I received an email and it was suggested to visit your local store. I followed the instruction and visited the store. The store manager advised me to call customer service. But again the customer service did not resolve my issue.
