So I got this iCarSoft thing from icarsoft.com to help me fix some issues with my car. I was pretty excited to get it and try it out, but man was I in for a surprise.

The first thing that happened was that it deactivated my EPB, and I couldn't reactivate it. I tried everything, but nothing seemed to work. It felt like I was stuck in some kind of nightmare, you know what I mean?

And that's not even the worst part. I tried to connect it to my Volvo XC60 again, but nope. It just wouldn't happen. I even tried to use it on some of my friends' cars, but no luck there either.

Now, here's the thing. I don't know what kind of voodoo magic was happening with this iCarSoft thing, but it definitely wasn't good. And the worst part? It actually damaged my car. That's right, it cost me a pretty penny to get my car fixed after using this thing.

So overall, I would definitely not recommend the iCarSoft from icarsoft.com. It's just not worth the hassle and potential damage to your car. Save your money and find something else to help fix your car issues. Trust me on this one.

I bought an iCarSoft product from icarsoft.com on August 9th. Unfortunately, it seems to be taking a while for it to reach me and I haven't heard back from their customer service team. However, I'd like to mention that I've bought something else from them before and didn't have any problems with it.

So, I was gonna shell out some cash for an iCarSoft diagnostic tool, but when I started using it, I was not too impressed. It just didn't seem to pick up on some issues that my car was experiencing. So, I decided to return it and hope for a refund. Well, let me tell ya, that was a nightmare. I sent it back and never got a cent back from these people. It was beyond frustrating. And to add insult to injury, I left a negative review on their site warning others about my experience, but it seems they must have some kind of shady business practice because my review was changed to make it seem like I had a great experience. Not cool, iCarSoft. Not cool at all.

After checking out some of the other reviews, I'm gonna put my own two cents in about iCarSoft. Let me just start by saying, folks, this product is a real doozy. Doesn't work like it's supposed to on a Mercedes, even though that's what the website says. And good luck getting a hold of anyone if you have a problem - the phone lines seem to be a ghost town. Plus, when you do finally get an update, it's more like a bunch of rambles instead of anything useful.

Dang, this iCarSoft scanner is straight up disappointing. I thought it was supposed to clear the dpf fault code, but nope, it just ain't workin'. I even tried reaching out to the seller, Diagnostic World, but they haven't gotten back to me. Honestly, I should have read some reviews before buying this piece of scrap.

I gotta say, I was real excited to use this fancy-schmancy iCarSoft thingamajig to figure out what's wrong with my Jeep's ABS. But when I tried to use the service screen, it said "feature not supported." Like, what the heck? Ain't that the whole point of this thing? So I tried to reach out to iCarSoft for some help, you know, like a responsible company should do. But nope, they don't care about their customers enough to even respond to an email or answer their customer service number. What a bunch of baloney. Don't waste your money on this thing, folks.

I was disappointed with my purchase from iCarSoft. I bought the Mercedes SD version and the iCarSoft II, hoping to have a reliable software to read codes on my car. Unfortunately, navigating through the software was a nightmare! I found it confusing and difficult to use.

The worst part is that the software did not even read all the codes on my car. It failed on start up for some of my Mercedes models, and it did not recognize the protocol for others. This was extremely frustrating! I paid good money for this software, and it did not deliver what was promised.

Overall, I felt like I wasted my money on a product that was not worth the investment. I expected more from iCarSoft, and I was let down by the software and the website.

In conclusion, I would not recommend iCarSoft to anyone looking for a reliable software to read codes on their car. The software is more trouble than it's worth, and the website is not helpful. If you want to save yourself from a headache, look for other alternatives for your car diagnostic needs.

So, I was hoping that iCarsoft Pro would be a game changer when it comes to reading my car's computer specs. But unfortunately, it wasn't the kind of tool I was expecting. I mean, it was damn expensive compared to the $20 dongle that I already have, which I thought was a steal. But the results I got from iCarsoft were quite disappointing, to be honest.

When I connected it to my Toyota Land Cruiser 200, I was truly amazed at how limited its capabilities were. It could only read around 27 items on the ECM, whereas my good old cheap dongle could read over 70 items. Now, that's a huge difference! And trust me, I was expecting more from a tool that cost me so much money.

In the end, I realized that I wasted my hard-earned cash on a tool that was not only costly but also quite inferior in comparison to the cheap dongle I already had. So, I won't recommend iCarsoft to anyone who is looking for a reliable OBD2 tool.

Okay, so I thought I'd give icarsoft.com a go and I gotta say I'm not too pleased with my experience. I bought something from them and when I got it, they wanted forty-three quid more! I mean, what kind of company does that? So I stood my ground and reached out to them to complain about what happened. But I was met with such rudeness! One of their employees straight up told me they were fed up with us Brits and said we should learn to read. I don't know about you, but that kind of interaction leaves a really bad taste in my mouth. It's clear this company has some bias issues, and I wouldn't recommend doing business with them if you're from the UK.

So listen up guys, I just had a pretty frustrating experience with iCarSoft. Firstly, the physical aspects of the tool seems legit, but when it comes to performance, it's not worth the investment for Land Rover DIYers. I tried using it on my LR vehicle and it had a major gap in info (transmission temperature missing!) that really put a kink in my project. I attempted to reach out to the company hoping for a fix or some help on this, but unfortunately no response thus far. Maybe they need to spend more time on firmware updates instead of just the hardware. In summary guys, don't bother wasting your money on iCarSoft, go for a Foxwell instead. Trust me, you don't want to be left hanging with important missing info for your DIY.
