I Love Jewelry Auctions review: item not received/no replies to emails/no answer to phone

I purchased on 11/19/18, (order #1345833 the order status email that came the next day said the item was in production and almost finished and "would ship soon." I waited 2 weeks and emailed to ask for order status and a tracking number. No reply. I called and was told by a recording that no one is available to answer the phone. I have now emailed them 4 different times with no response. Then, I saw all the complaints that this company is fraudulent and almost no one has received the merchandise they paid for and hasn't been able to get a refund. This should not be lawful. I definitely want a refund asap. Should I also worry about them having my credit card number?
