Wow, Pacific Pearls is really somethin' else, folks! At first, I gotta admit, I was a little confused tryna figure out where to go once I had put somethin' in my cart. But once I got past that minor hurdle, I gotta say I was pretty impressed with the selection they had on offer.

Course, nothin's perfect, right? I had a bit of trouble actually gettin' the stuff I ordered the first time around. But then I reached out to their customer service and boy howdy, they fixed things right up for me! So you can bet yer bottom dollar that I went ahead and placed a second order, and I'm hopin' real hard that it turns out as swell as the first stuff I got!

I been reachin' out to these guys at Pacific Pearls for a week now. Tried sendin' 'em emails, leavin' voicemails, and even tried callin' their sales extension but they ain't pickin' up. Honestly, it's a huge letdown and just plain frustrating. If I were you, I wouldn't waste my time and go find another company.

Eventually, I gave up on trying to order on my phone and moved to my computer. This is where I encountered another issue with Amazon Pay. I was really struggling to make the payment work, and ultimately, it took much longer than expected.

They sell some really beautiful and unique pearl jewelry that's hard to find elsewhere online, especially those double or triple-layered pearl necklaces. I couldn't resist and ended up placing an order for a necklace, earrings, and a bracelet, and must say that they were really well-packaged on arrival which can be difficult when getting jewelry shipped.

Overall, I would be more than happy to recommend Pacific Pearls to anyone who is looking for laboriously crafted pearl jewelry. I hope they take customer suggestions into account and make improvements in their site's usability.
