I have been a regular customer at lenskart and also have the gold membership. But I strongly feel that the customers are not paid any attention to, and the stores lack the basic courtesy of treating customers. I had visited the store last month(9.3.25) and selected a pair of shades. I did not have the phone with the registered mobile number on me so decided to buy these pair of selected glasses the following day. We had gone through the entire payment procedure by then and discussed the price range of the entire order and confirmed that we wanted these glasses to be stored for us and we could come get them on the next day(10.3.25). The person at the desk assured us that he would call us and let us order online and we wouldn't have to drop by at the store. Come next day, we did not receive any call or intimation from the store so decided to visit the store again, obviously disappointed. But the worst comes now, when we got the shades and started the payment procedure again we were told that the glasses we had selected were suddenly 1000 rupees more expensive. Even when the label on the glasses said they were 2000. And we had confirmed with the staff the day before that wed be paying 2000 for our order. I get that lenskart has well off customers who can afford this elapse in their paying and pay 1000 extra. But should we really? They make enough money as it is off us already and wrongly labelling glasses and gaslighting customers knowing very well that once someone selects a frame and they like it they might pay the extra balance is simply unacceptable. I can see how these things are easily overlooked but this is not my first terrible experience. You guys really need to learn how to be honest with the customer. I wont fall fo the I don't care attitude and pay the difference. I hope you will sort this issue and restart my order and give the for the priced as promised on your very own label present on the store glasses. This is the least and customer can expect.
Claimed loss: The glasses attached in the form are 2000 according to the label but 3000 on the site. We were misled and weren't informed about this properly. Highly disappointed
