Hy-Vee review: Sewer smelling water in the windshield washer reservoir. No towels in any dispensing unit at the pumps

09 July. 0600. Filled up. Grabbed the squeegee and right away could smell the nasty water. Went around and checked five different dispensers. ALL Towell dispensers empty. Already cutting it close for my 2-hour commute but walked inside the store and grab a couple handfuls of napkins from the deli.

Another customer needed towels to check his oil so I Gave him some of mine.

Both of us extremely frustrated.

Desired outcome: Hot summer & bug juice makes nasty water. Change fluid when dirty or sewer water. Use washer fluid in so it cleans. Fill up the towel dispensers. Put the dispensers on a checklistUse the trust but verify method.
