I am writing to formally request your urgent action to refund the payment made under booking reference number [protected] amounting to PHP57, 081.44/-

Hutchgo's unexpected action of returning the full amount to the payee's credit card without any prior or post notice left us with an impression of a canceled booking. Considering the urgency to book a flight back home at the earliest given the situation this pandemic, your company's lack of support and response on our clarifications prompted us to book for another flight through a different entity.

Given the turn of events that led us to this situation, I firmly request for Hutchgo's full support and undertaking to refund the full amount to the payee's credit card without going through the usual 3-6 months refund process under its terms and conditions / refund policy.

We cannot accept this process since Hutcgo's unannounced action and lack of support to its customers contributed to the decision of canceling the booking.

Note that a Philippine Airlines representative made a confirmation on the succesful crediting of funds/refund to Hutchgo's account 48 hours after the cancelation.

Appreciate your kind action and support on this matter.

I had booked 5 airtickets with to russia through hutchgo used vietnam airline, since end 2019. Flight had cancelled by vietnam airline on year end 2020, but refund till today not yet done, what happen to hutchgo? A year?
