Humana review: Drug insurance plan

Humana Insurance Co. increased my insurance premium starting Jan 2021 without any notification of change. My policy # [protected]-001. I have contacted them 3 times March 17, 11, 14, 2021 to try to work out something for i cannot afford this insurance. Their response was to go on state assistance. In addition on the March 17, 2021, call, I requested to cancel this drug plan. The Humana employee put me through a list of questions NOT telling me that the questions would disqualify me from being able to cancel this policy.

I understand the rules of open enrollment, but I do think that Humana is unethical to the point of questionable business practices. Prior to 2020, I was paying $75.80 /month. During the 2020 enrollment period, I contacted Humana because of the cost of my drug plan and the Humana underwriter told me I was paying much too much insurance with my previous plan @$75.80. He wrote me up another Humana drug policy at the 2020 enrollment charging me $59.90/month. And now this newer policy # [protected]-001 has gone up to $67.90 without notifying me. I really would like a resolution, even though I am outside the enrollment period. I really want Humana to cancel my policy.
