I came across Luca jackets at a convention and had no clue something like this actually existed. They have jackets from video games, anime, super heros, movies and like anything else you can think of. I ended up buying a star lord jacket right on the spot after trying one on. I love that jacket, it looks just like starlords but it also looks just like a normal leather jacket but cooler.

I gotta say, Luca Designs is the real deal when it comes to jackets. I'm a huge fan of their stuff, and I gotta say, the quality of their real leather and vegan jackets is just off the charts. I mean, I'm not even kidding, these jackets are built to last. I've got one of their Soldier 76 jackets from Overwatch, and let me tell you, it's the pride of my collection. The detailing and craftsmanship are just incredible, and I couldn't be happier with it.

I recently purchased a jacket from Luca Designs for my husband as a Christmas gift. I chose the Vegeta jacket, inspired by the popular anime series Dragon Ball. Although I am not a fan of the show myself, I was immediately drawn to the unique design and attention to detail on the jacket.

I recently had a not-so-great experience with Luca Designs, also known as LucaJackets. I ordered a Princess Peach jacket from them, but unfortunately it arrived faulty. I reached out to their customer service team and was disappointed with their response. However, I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and see if this was just a one-time issue.

After doing some research, I found that I wasn't the only one with problems. Two other people I know also had issues with their Princess Peach jackets from Luca Designs. This company, Luca Designs, is not worth your time or money. Before even considering purchasing from them, it's important to do your research. They have a terrible reputation when it comes to customer service. They won't refund you for their mistakes and won't exchange items. Their size chart is also incorrect, causing frustration for customers.

Dealing with them is a nightmare. They are rude and treat people like they know nothing. It's no surprise that there are websites dedicated to warning people about this company. I, along with several others I know, have had nothing but bad experiences with them.

One of their selling points is their "vegan leather," but it's of poor quality. The zippers break often and the material peels when it's brand new. They won't admit to their mistakes and if an item is damaged during transport, it's the customer's problem, not theirs.

I strongly advise against purchasing from Luca Designs. Their products may look nice online, but in reality, they are not worth the price. They are made cheaply while customers pay a premium price. Save yourself the headache and buy from somewhere else.

My first one was the South Side Serpent, which I actually picked up at Comiccon. The leather is so soft and the quality is top-notch. Plus, it fits like a glove. I gotta say, I had a pretty rough experience with Luca Designs. I ordered a jacket way back in September 2020, thinking I'd have it in time for Halloween. I even paid extra for a "rush" order, but boy was that a mistake. I didn't hear a peep from them until I reached out in mid-October, and let me tell you, they were not nice about it. I thought I was being pretty patient, but apparently not.

Long story short, I ended up waiting and waiting and waiting, and didn't get my jacket until January 2021. And to top it off, it wasn't even what I paid for. I shelled out for real leather, but what I got was some kind of cheap faux leather or bonded leather. If this is their idea of "real leather," then you better watch out. I mean, even my $60 jacket from Costco is better quality.

I tried to reach out to them to see if we could work something out, but they were just plain mean to me. And to make matters worse, the jacket is already starting to fall apart after just a few weeks of light use (I've mostly been wearing it indoors). So yeah, if you're thinking about buying from Luca Designs, I'd say buyer beware.

This jacket is the bomb! I was a bit worried about the European cut and the arms being too tight, but I took a chance and ordered a custom size. I have to say, it fits like a glove! The arms are a bit snug, but that's just because I have some beefy arms, you know what I mean?

So, I just wanted to share my thoughts on Luca Designs. I recently ordered the Vegan leather mid cut jacket from their website and I must say, I was pretty impressed with the quality of the jacket. The design was amazing and the material felt really good. However, there were a few issues with the jacket that I wasn't too happy about. Firstly, the color was a bit spotty and two toned in some areas. Secondly, there was a snag in the jacket which was a bit disappointing. Overall, I would have given the jacket a 4-star rating.

Now, let's talk about their customer service. To be honest, I was really disappointed with their customer service and support. My order was shipped on Dec 5 and I received it on Dec 21. When I received the item, it was defected. I contacted Luca Design on Dec 23rd and they responded the following day. I requested to return the vegan leather jacket and upgrade it to the real leather jacket. I was happy to pay the difference for the vegan leather to the sheepskin leather ($100), which I sent through Zelle on Jan 12th. I asked for a receipt and requested for a tracking # when the item was completed and sent out. I was told to allow them 7 days for the item to be made. On Jan 27th, Luca Designs updated me and told me it will take another 2 weeks. I was happy to wait and appreciative for the communication, which I replied back to LD. However, it is now March 2nd and I still have not received the order, been updated or never got a tracking #. I had emailed LD on Feb 23 and 28th, but no one has gotten back to me.

I don't want to say that their product is bad in any way, but as a customer, I expect good customer service and support. After this experience, I don't think I will be doing any further business with Luca Designs. As a customer, I want to purchase from people I trust and like. Unfortunately, this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth.

I was so excited to finally get my hands on a jacket from Luca Designs after eyeing one for a year or two. However, I was concerned about the sizing since I have pretty big upper arms. So, I decided to go for the custom sizing option for my birthday jacket.

The process was pretty straightforward, and I took pictures exactly like the ones on the page about custom sizing. However, I made the mistake of selecting "relaxed" during the custom sizing form fill out. There were no descriptions of what the scale was like, and I wish there were because "relaxed" turned out to be more like a skiing coat. I just wanted to be able to wear a layer or two under it, but there was no frame of reference for what things meant.

After much longer than the given lead time, the jacket finally arrived, and I was so excited to try it on. However, it looked horrible on me. It was HUGE, and it was nothing like the measurements I sent in. They insisted that it was within one inch, but the arms were 3" longer than I measured. I was so disappointed and devastated.

I tried to talk to customer service, but they were not helpful at all. They said it was my fault, and the measurements were within their margin. They refused to provide me with their records of the measurements I sent in, even though I asked multiple times. They told me it was made correctly, but there was an uneven hem on the front, and it was not even well-made, let alone made correctly. They even said they checked with me about something, and I agreed to it, but I DID NOT AGREE TO IT! I sent them a screenshot of the communication to show that I did not say the length was okay, and I SPECIFICALLY wanted it the length as it is advertised as a crop. They ignored it, and it was the worst customer experience I've ever had.

I'm so devastated by my jacket, and my partner feels awful because he spent so much money on something that cannot be returned and looks super weird on me. I thought maybe customer service would care enough to offer ANY solution, but they insisted it was all my fault, and they won't be doing anything about it. I thought maybe they'd offer me a stocked size as a replacement, but no, I just would need to buy a new one, and there are no refunds, just store credit.

Now, I have to find a leather tailor in the area and spend even more money on it. It's such a terrible experience, and they don't care about their customers at all. They just want your hundreds of dollars. Whatever you do, DO NOT GET CUSTOM SIZING. I wish I'd just chanced getting a regular one. Then at least it would be cropped properly, and maybe the hems would be straight. It wouldn't look like it was swallowing me whole, and it might look like the same jacket advertised here.

I wish I could warn everyone about how awful their service is and to never do custom with them. I should've read the Reddit reviews first. Do yourself a favor, give someone with integrity your money instead.

*UpdateWhen I posted a review to the site, it was taken down, and they reached out to me again. They told me the only solution was to buy a new one, which is not in my budget. They claimed they did exactly what I told them to, which is wild because I did as their vague instructions said, and apparently, I was supposed to know where the cutoff was supposed to be on a crop jacket. They essentially admitted there was a miscommunication, but it didn't matter because it was my fault.

When I said I just wanted to leave a review, they accused me of making threats and blackmail. They also claimed that all negative reviewers were fakes, which is pretty sketchy if you ask me.

This company is the worst. I waited for more than 2 months for my order, but I never got it. They gave me a tracking number that didn't work, and when I tried to contact them, they didn't even bother to respond. They don't even offer a refund or a chance to reorder. These guys are so slow and unhelpful, it's best to stay away from them.

So, I went to this event and saw Luca Designs booth. They had some really cool jackets on display, so I decided to order a custom one. I was super excited about it, but it took FOREVER to arrive. Like, over a year. When it finally did come, I was pretty disappointed. The jacket didn't fit me right and it didn't even feel like real leather. I was pretty bummed out, so I reached out to the company to see if they could help me out. But, man, they were not nice about it. They were all condescending and rude, and they wouldn't even consider giving me a refund. I was pretty upset about the whole thing, and I definitely wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
