I made an order on www.hqhair.com and after a month I contacted their customer service and asked why was it taking so long. Their rep claimed they sent my order a long time ago. Then I asked for a tracking number but they said that they did not have one. They also were not able to tell where my order was and when will it arrive. Later they just closed my account and that's it. Bet they never sent me anything! What a bunch of scammers!
