I gotta say, I've been using WagJag for a while now and never had any problems with my meat delivery orders. But this last time, things went south real quick. But that's not even the worst part. When I opened up the box of chicken, it was all wet and gross. And to make matters worse, there were no secure tags keeping it closed and the corners of the packages were all thawed out. I mean, come on, WagJag, what's going on here?
So I reached out to their customer service email FOUR times and haven't heard a peep back. Not even a "sorry for the inconvenience" or anything. That's just plain rude, if you ask me. I'm definitely not gonna be using them again after this experience.
