HP review: Worst "support" in the industry

They charged me $200 to remove a trojan on my printer, which they failed to do, the problem came back. During a network crash from aforementioned trojan, they charged me $600 for a year of network firewall protection which failed less than a week after it went live. They also told me that my Mcafee and Window 11 defender programs were useless and told me to turn them off. Never had a virus using these programs at a fraction of the cost of the HP product. Never going to purchase another HP product.
