I cancelled my subscription for the HP All In One Plan in which I was promised a refund. I have returned the printer and followed all the instructions to obtain my refund. HP associates have been useless and continues to give me the run around in regards of my refund. I have waited patiently in regards of my refund and today marks the 5-business day. I have contacted them daily for an update in regards and they give me excuses and every day I have called it is another 24-48 hours. No one has called me back. The associates hang up in my face. I need assistance TODAY!
