Problems all started after I changed our internet carrier in November. Had issues with no ink being delivered. I was not printing alot, so I was not in a big hurry. Then comes March. I had to print many pages immediately. The black ink ran out before the pages were completed. I had ZERO cartridges waiting to replace this one that must have been low. I was forced to go and purchase a store cartridge. I was able to print the necessary pages as soon as I replaced the 902 cartridge. I then decided to cut my subscription down, as I was not printing many pages as I had been. No problem. Then I decided, to go ahead and just cx my subscription all together. The next day I went to print. My printer said that the Printhead had issues. I went into the HP Customer service. It said that my printer that was working just fine the other day, was now out of warranty and it was not working due to this issue. BUT IT WAS WORKING THE DAY BEFORE .There was ZERO help to help fix the PRINTHEAD. Which I learned was the carriage that holds the cartridges in.
I went in and found that this is a known issue with the PRINTHEAD with no resolution to this problem. I decided that I was not going to deal with it any longer. I went and purchased another brand. This decision was made after talking to the sales person about what happen to my printer. He said ... IF YOU CANCELL THE HP PRINTER SUBSCRIPTION FOR THEIR INK. THEY WILL SHUT DOWN YOUR PRINTER AS THEY HAVE THE ACCESS TO YOUR PRINTER AND CAN SHUT IT DOWN PERMANENTLY.
I AM DONE WITH HP PRINTERS. WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER ONE. Would good would it do to file a complaint. NOTHING
Recommendation: .DO NOT BUY HP PRINTERS AND THEN GO INTO THE SUBCRIPTION TO HAVE THEIR INK MAILED TO YOU. YOU WILL BE SORRY
