Extremely disappointed with my recent HP laptop 14-ep1150TU purchase. Within just two months of normal use, the laptop suffered catastrophic hardware failures—both the keyboard and the motherboard failed completely. A brand-new machine should not require major component replacements right out of the box. Highly unreliable product and a very frustrating ownership experience. Would not recommend.
