HotelBeds USA review: Double charging under hidden offers for hotel stay

Upon check in the clerk states we had a balance of $455 for the room, which we thought the site had us pay on site. He then gives us some coupons for optional use in the hotel, but you ended with a big bill despite 10 or 15 dollars off food and drinks. On review of our credit card statement, we were charged twice. The hotel reports the third party should have explained, which they did not. But the hotel clerk never stated you were paying for the coupons for free breakfast or percentage off other food and drink, but immediately stated "your balance $455."
