Purchased a Maltese pup that was susposed to be vet checked and full stock. Got the pup home it became sick, took it to the vet, pup had round worms, hook worms and lice.
The woman who sold the pup said they were AKC reg but she did not register this litter because she would have to do another DNA test, she said AKC makes you do that now. Some Maltese have a tan tint on their ears early on but it goes away fairly quick. The pictures she posted were at angles where you could just barely see tips of brown. The pup did have a Maltese look. There is no doubt the pup has Maltese in it but he is not full stock. He has brown on his back, his pads are not solid black and several other things that tell he is mixed.
I know I have been taken and have bought a sick pup. I was not able to go and get the pup and sent someone else that did not pick up on these things. I was sick and after talking to this woman I thought she was honest. So you live and learn. She got us for 1000.00. I only ask of her to tell me what the other dog is that the pup is mixed with.
I also want people to be aware of sizemore22 of London Ky is selling sick puppies that are not full stock Maltese. This lady goes by Haley Allen, I guess, at least that's what she said her name was and she will scam you.

Every time I try to save my ad to Hoobly it says this siite is not working. Has occurred for 2 days. I've seen other people on the page that have updated their profiles recently though.

i bought a dog that i saw on hobbly and the ad read the price of the dog, nothing about limited reg. so i went ahead and bought the dog much to my suprise when i got home and looked at the papers they had cut the square out that had the number i needed. to get unlimited reg. when i called them they said the afd stated that so i wanted to see it and they sent me some ad off facebook wich i never saw. so i am now sure that the oringal ad of april 8 was different.. i think they made a mistake and now they won't own up to it.

I was suppose to buy two boston terrier pups from
bostonlady87 and when i got there her and her husband took my money at knife point robbed me.
I filed a police report. I drove all the way from Michigan to buy the pups and got robbed by her and her husband. Her profiled needs to be removed and labeled as a scammer. Her behavior is unacceptable ...

I am being harassed by a potential buyer on your website. They are very rude. ilovepersiancat's They keep calling me dumb. They are nasty. They texted me at 5 this morning and from the very start they didn't act friendly at all. The first thing they said was HOW MUCH. This in itself is suspicious and very rude behavior. I never had anyone talk to me like this...

I cashed app this lady chakira 300$ for these dogs she had for sale and said she would drop off the puppy's first thing in the morning and has not answered since the money was sent. I find it very impersonal of this website to not take down these people that are clearly scamming others. I would greatly appreciate if I can get reimbursed for this situation. Thank you

There is a lady singlemom1682 who is saying false information about me and she is using my picture and my real name I want this removed immediately and She is lying about me I do not even have these birds these were her birds that had the disease and she is telling everybody these are my babies I do not even sell those babies these are the ones she sold to me now she has my name all over hoobly my real name and my information I want the post removed immediately

I just tried to set up a new account (5/15/21). The online form tells you to input a user name, make a password, give my email address, and put in the name of my city only. I've repeatedly tried to do so, but after I type in all of my information, put in the name of my city only, then hit "register", the name of the city disappears, and I have to start all over again!

How old is she? I am interested. I was also doing a little reading up on dwarf hotots and the article I was reading says that they sometimes have bad teeth. Does this run in her family? Also does she drink from a bottle or a bowl? Oliver (my bunny) drinks from a bottle.
Will she come with some starter food so she will be able to transition to the food that I have now?

She is 5 weeks almost 6 weeks she will come with starter food and what she is used to and there is no bad teeth in my bloodline

Just a short message to let u know that lilly is doing good. She sure does to eat. I gave her a nail trim today. They were razor sharp.

I chatted with madalynn (her daughter) this morning and was wondering if u can think of a reason that lilly would attack oliver. There was fur everywhere. I have never had to deal with a rabbit doing that. She has done it twice to him. The first time I thought what is goin on. When they were in the living room then I read put them in a neutral place. So I put them on the bed and thats the last time I put them together. Their cages have been side by side from day one.

The bunny I picked out and another one for me 2 choose from. I picked out the other bunny cause she looked more like a dwarf hotot. She also pointed out the bunny I chose was alot smaller than the other bunny. She never said one word about the bunny I chose was being territorial

I would like to report and ad on Hoobly.com that is a scam. There is an ad that is selling labrador retriever puppies for $500.00 in Ann Arbor, Michigan. The original post is 4/19/2021. The user id of the seller is samanthag12. She required a 50% down payment to be paid up front as a deposit and the remainder to be paid on 5/2/21 when the puppy was to be picked up. My husband and I paid the deposit and went to the address provided only to find that the address didn't even exist and of course, she wasn't able to be contacted via text message from the number provided. We are out our $250.00 dollars and we have no damn puppy as promised.

I dont know what it is that can be done, but this ad should be reported as a scam so that no one else did the same thing we did. I am sure this has happened already as she has two litters of puppies for sale on the hoobly.com site.

My husband and I purchased a puppy that was advertised as a purebred great Dane. We were told the puppy was small because the mother died, and he had to be bottle-fed. We put our new pup on the banfield plan and had a genetic test done... We just received the results and the puppy had zero great dane lineage and is in fact a pit bull mix. We have two small children and are very upset of this outcome. We now have to rehome this dog and lost out on the money we spent, let alone the devastating emotions we are grieving loving this puppy having to give him up as our hoa will not allow us to keep him.

Your seller in Massachusetts Nancysm is selling sick kittens. I answered an ad in November when she sold me a kitten with FIP who died 14 days later. There is no treatment for FIP. She provided a vet certificate which I found out later was forged.
She should be banned from using the service. She refuses to return my calls or texts.
She knew this kitten was sick

Hello.. I have several times messaged 3 people about purchasing a kitten and have not had one response back yet.. I am heartsick as there is one kitten in particular that looks like the one my son lost from kidney failure and this kitty looks so much like her. The kitty we lost was a gift to my son for overcoming leukemia! I am wondering if people are getting their messages or are even able to send them! I messaged someone 5 times and still not a word back! This is to chihmom in fremont california for a main coon kitten. I also have not had one message back regarding the sale of my puppy. Last year I purchased a dog from user Ryangregory on Hoobly. This was on Feb 1, 2020. His ad listed that they would come with UKC registration papers. When I picked up the dog he assured me that the papers would be arriving in two months from purchase and that he would notify me and mail me the papers. I have followed up with him several times for over a year now. And still have not received any responses. I have contacted him through hoobly and via text. And now I noticed he is selling more puppies and offering papers again. I paid $1000 for a puppy that was supposed to come with papers.

On Jan.13th, 2021 I bought an African Grey parrot for $1500 from "kerrileverett" (Kerri Leverett from Eastaboga, Alabama her phone is [protected]). Ad was posted on hoobly.com She claimed the parrot to be healthy with "plucking problem". The parrot is actually sick (fungal/bacterial infections) and 100% BLIND. I have the Avian vet to confirm it. Kerri deliberately sold me a sick bird. She refused to resolve the situation. I offered to return the bird for full refund or partial refund if she doesn't want the parrot back. Kerri suggested reselling the parrot to somebody else! She also sells other animals on hoobly and craigslist. Please help me to stop her from scamming people and protect animals. The parrot I bought should be placed in special care like the bird sanctuary/rehabilitation not sold to people.

There is a woman Nelda Sue Ellis and her daughter Chelsey Lynn Ellis selling sick pups on hoobly craigslist and LSN . They have been doing this for years. I emailed the man that runs Hoobly and he said he doesn't care what people sell on the site. I told him that they were targeting seniors he said he doesn't care. The bowling green ky humane society is even aware of them and has been for years. This site needs to be taken down or held responsible since it lets people do this
