Taking unauthorised money from account

Vivastreet have on 4 occasions deducted money from my account without authorisation, if I hadn’t checked my bank account and changed my card I believe they would still be stealing cash from me, they are refusing to refund the money and claim it passed 3DS security. They stole the money on 5&6th March 2022 a d the company did nothing start using 3DS security until the 8th March! They are thieves and scammers
