Homemark igia fat freezer

I bought a IGIA fat freezer via Game at the end of March 2017. I read through all the instructions, measured myself and started using the machine soon there after, on my stomach area. The machine got warm very quickly, and is making a very loud noise. After the said time I could see a red patch on my skin, but not the "bulge" that I saw on other products before. I have used it again in about a month, as they say you cant use it too often, you have to give it time as the fat cells will flush out of your system. I have measured myself recently again and there is absolutely no difference in my measurements or weight. I requested a refund but Charles from Homemark is refusing as he said the product must be returned in 14 days. How can I return the product in 14 days if the instructions says you must give it about 30 days before you start seeing results?! You are contradicting yourself! The product must now be send to Johannesburg for so called "repairs". I am sure the product will come back and will work in the same way. I am sure if I spend an hour in a cold bath I will get better results, as it will actually burn calories! I will tell everyone I know about this product and service I got from Homemark. Game Stores, I feel you are also responsible as you are selling these products on behalf of Homemark. I will never in my life buy anything again at Game, needless to say Homemark! I might loose quite a sum of money, but believe me, you will loose much as customers will spend their money elsewhere! Christel Fourie Tel [protected]

Homemark defective milex vacuum cleaner

I am so disappointed in the Homemark customer care! I requested a refund for a Milex Vacuum Cleaner which I purchased online and is clearly defective and dangerous to use. I have only used it three times, the week it was delivered to see whether it was in working condition and twice after that when it started heating so bad I could not even hold the vacuum. I told the consultant that it is impossible to vacuum with such a product because it burns ones hands and I requested a refund but was told a refund can only be given 7days after purchase. So am I or my husband suppose to shock first before you refund our purchase. We do not want a replacement, but the consultant said you do not do refunds after 7days? I've requested the refund within 30days of purchase because the product started heating up after the 7days only!

Homemark unfair and dishonest dealing

I saw an advert for dual [protected]@R999 and was attracted by the offer that it comes with a built in display unit monitoring time and distance.I called [protected] and spoke to Dolly Mofokeng.She induced me into buying a set if pots said to be on special from around R6000 to R2000.
Was promised free velvet hangers said to be worth R250.I was discouraged from wanting to collect the bike from walk in store nearer my place.
After agreement to purchase I felt unease due to the difference in price and quickly went to festival mall branch and found the following
1.The dual bike was R499 instead of the advert of R999
2.The pots are R1499 and not R2000
3.The velvet hangers are R99 and not worth R250 as said on the phone.
I THEN Tried to cancel the order because I felt my rights to fair and honest dealing were not met.WHY BUY via the phone and misled into believing you are buying discounted goods and yet not.
When trying to cancel the manager was arrogant citing that I was recorded and have agreed and he insistent he was not reversing the order.? Cooling period DONT I HAVE RIGHTS AS A CONSUMER. My REF Order No is 1406555.

Homemark damaged goods and not deliver

I was on martenity leave when i went ot festival mall kempton park and i pass and see the promotion of a belt when i acme inside a lady introduced me into set of pots which were on special of 1399 and there was a 10% discount with my uif money i bought the pots that was in august later on i sued the pots and the lid was broken the holder, so i went back because the lady said its lifetime warranty and it was on october when it brokes, lady said i must bring i sent my husbank that was in early december 2016 the lady said since we bought from her there is no need for a slip she then took my husband number and his name says he will call bak when i went back in january to find out i found other guy he was very rude to me saying there is no way that they ddnt give a reciept and is still early how can i hurry after we brought the lid in a mnth back i wrote on hello peter they never respond, please i need my lid or esle i will bring the pots and ask for refund because i still have the slip for pots

Homemark no refund / return policy

I bought the Igia Hairstraightning brush from homemark in December. when i tested the devise i was not happy as the brush does not straighten hair at all. i went back to the shop where i purchased it, Wonderpark Game Homemark, however was advised by the homemark sales rep that unfortunately they cannot refund or return the device as i used it, and if i didnt use it, then only can they return and refund me. This is unfair as i spend R400 on a brush that does not do or perform as the adverts say, nor am i happy with the purchase at all, however now i am advised that "sorry, you used it so you have to keep it even if your unhappy... Maybe you shouldn't have used it for us to do the refund" In my life i will never purchase any product from homemark again and should i have friends and family that wish to purchase anything from the company, i will surely and happily tell them of the poor service and the false advertising the company involves us in.

I am having the same issue in Namibia as well. I bought a 15 piece set of pots. used it for about a month and the lid of 1 of the pots broke. Which I don't understand cause I spent N$1000.00 on the set, are these not good quality or what? took the lid to the shop where I bought it (Maerua Mall, Windhoek Namibia) where the sales person told me he will get me a new lip within 2 weeks and he would call me when it came. I waited for my call for a month but did not even receive a call that the process is taking longer than usual. So I went there again to query about my lid, I was told by the salesperson that the stock has not arrived that it would take another month. I asked if I could just not get the lid of the pots on display as they had the same 1 I bought in stock. They couldn't, so he suggested I speak to the manager. I went to the manager and explained that I have been waiting for a month for a lid and how was I suppose to cook with no lid and told her that another lip had broken as well. I was told to use the broken lid till the stock arrives in 2 months. Yes not 1 month it has turned to 2 months... I then asked if I could return the whole set as I'm not willing to wait for a lid for 3 months, she tells me no she can't take back the pots. I cant believe this is the advise I get from a manager and that I have to wait 3 months for a replacement lip. This is the worst treatment I have gotten after spending so much on a product I thought was of good quality. I'm very disappointed and will never buy anything there again

Homemark koome k300 quadcopter

I purchased this product for my son on the 16th December as a xmas gift for my son, the gift was immediately wrapped and put away . My son opened his gift on 25th December .

The drone was fine for a day, the very next day it kept leaning to one side while taking off .

I went back to your Clearwater branch where I bought it, Nthombifuthi Nhancale advised that they did not have stock and therefore I could not exchange the product, I also could not get a refund as I was over the 7 days return policy . she confirmed that she would contact me as soon as they received stock .

A week later I still had not heard anything from her, managed to get hold of the store manager on her cell [protected] . she arranged that Homemark Cresta exchange the product .

I went to Cresta and did the exchange, once again the drone was fine for a day . As of today the drone does not take off .

So really, what the hell .

As this point I do not care about your 7 days return policy – I WANT MY MONEY BACK

Homemark defective items

Unisex polarized sunglasses
I have purchase a set of glasses 20 june 2016 since then the glasses broke twice 1st time they replaced the glasses the 2nd time they had plenty stories and i had to use my own cellphone to contact their head office due hey have no tel line in shop
I have phoned them 3 times already and was promise that someone will contact me that did not happened

Homemark delivery

I ordered 2 products from Homemark on the 27/01/16. Homemark delivered one of the products on the 29/01/16. I called and spoke to Noby Kheswa who acknowledged their mistake and promised that the other item will be delivered on the 01/02/16 which has not been delivered yet. I will never buy from homemark again. They do not know customer service and cannot keep their promises.

Homemark royal diamond cookware set 15

I bought royal diamond cookware set - 15 piece on the 10-April-2015, My customer nr is 1029128 item#RDC011/INC2015 PRICE R1754.34 and phone nr: [protected]. One of the pots handle was broken on delivery and I have complained and tried to resolve the issues with the consultant (Tebogo) hence I have fully paid the product, I wanted a replacement and they have promised me a replacement. I have used my pension money to buy this piece hence they promised me high quality products and service. What angers me is they called me and offered me this product I did not know this homemark store and I paid them on time. All I want is a replacement or they come collect the rest of the set and refund my money back. Can I please get some assistance or my metter be dealt with as a pensioner. Homemark wants me to pay for repairs for wonder cooker

I bought a wondercooker at homemark rbay on 13 May 15 using a gift voucher, in early september it stopped working i took it back to the shop, they never told me to keep a slip when i bought it and on arrival they wanted the slip i told them to look in their system because i used a credit card to buy and voucher.then they said they will call me back i waited for them to call and they didnt i went back to the shop last week Tuesday 6/10 after a month, when i got there they wanted 249.99 for repairs, bear in mind this is only 3 months i bought this wonder cooker, i complained about the service, the ladies there dont have respect for customers, we looked for my repair form and didnt find it in the repairs file, she called her mate who told to look in a pile of papers on the desk, these ladies fix their makeup on the till, which the reason they so absent minded, they dont care about the customers.and im not going to pay for repairs that wonder cooker is problematic other customers have brought it back also i saw it when i was going through their repairs file.the lady that took my wonder cooker from didnt even fill the form correctly, the was no date on it.

Homemark false info and unauthorised credit card billing

Homemark called in January this year to say I won but needed to pay R99 for delivery they wanted my credit card details.All of a sudden they are deducting money from my credit card.I spoke to Bernard from homemark and promise that they will refund me.Till today he hasnt done than.How much petrol do I use going to them for nothing.It is illegal to store customers credit card details.Why a company as big as this exploits customers

Homemark customer service

Hi There

1St Complaint - A month ago i got a scratch card from homemark. I phoned the number [protected] where they told me i am one of 9 selected people who won over R5000 worth of prizes. But i have to pay R1554.90. There was no credit on my credit card. So last week i paid it cash into homemark's account. When i received my parcel i got the following: A Wonder sheff, Single Air-o-space matress ( Which was suppose to be the sofa) and 2 stop Snore pillows. Exactly only what i paid for.
How does this work? And where are the things i won?. If i knew they were only sending me this i would've bought it locally. I am really dissapointed. And i want to know what they are going to do about this.
I want the prizes that i won. I will take it further if i don't get a response.
Your urgent response is highly appreciated.

2nd Complaint -I logged a complaint last week. No one at Homemark phoned me back. They wasted my money. The air-o-space bed they sent me is not even the size of a single bed. This is terrible service.
I want to know what they are going to do about it.
Clearly they don't care about their customers.

Maybe you can assist. The response i got out of them was terrible. Now they want to send me the knife set to make me feel better. Where are the things i won?.

Hi there, I complain from 2012and now is 2014 no one helps me and I sent the items back from homemark I went to the we house to show them that I returned the items back and they told me I will get my money after 48 hours and I keep calling and they say they will call me back till today no one called me, now I need to know what mass I do because they don't help me and they have my money, or mass I go to speak out.

I had a voucher of R500 and the guy Nathi said I have won another voucher of R4000. I had to chose from the bicycle and the pots, the value of the bicycle was only R1499 but homemark agent Nathi said I have to pay R1800.

I cancelled the deal and I spoke to another agent I think her name was them I something who said the speaker was R699 and I have to pay R350 to top it up and delivery.

I paid it and I received the speaker that's worth R399 instead.

Homemark electro vibe machine

I have been trying for 3 days to merely ask someone in the company who I can contact to assist me with the repair of my Electro Vibe machine - it is almost new and the motor has burnt out. I have spent over three hours on the telephone trying to do this. Firstly there is no answer to the phone number I was finally given - this in itself has taken over 20 minutes of holding. Then when I get through, I get told that they will put this on an e-mail to somebody else. I was advised of this three days ago and still nobody has come back to me. I phoned yet again this morning and finally (again after 20 minutes) I got through to a gentleman called THANZI - he was also very unhelpful and again said he would send an e-mail to the relevant person. He was rude and said he needed to use his phone. Homemark is very quick to SELL but there is no customer service!Would somebody from Homemark please call me with regard to this. It's unacceptable! Homemark none delivery

I won a Gift card from Vodacom to purchase from Homemark. I did ordered the items from a consultant, Bernardt, and paid the Delivery fee of R150. When contacting them they promised delivery. It is now 4 (four ) weeks. nothing delivered yet. Order no. 440451. J.S. du Plessis, 159 Barracuda avenue, Longbeach, Mtwalume, 4186, Kwazulu Natal.

Good day my husband bought this item at lakeside mall on the 22/12/15 when we wanted to wrap it last night, the box felt very light when we opened to check it was empty. Going to make a case of fraud and theft against homemark leon koen [protected]

Homemark comfort-pedic slippers

Bought 2 pairs of Comfort-pedic slippers at the beginning of June 2011. The first few days they were really comfortable but after 6 weeks my husband's pair was flat and broken at the heels and mine were flat and stretched, making them unwearable. We are very disappointed because we spent a lot of money on a product we believed to be a good investment when it was actually a waste of money. Last year I spent half the amount on a pair of slippers from Pep Stores which are still in a very reasonable condition, in fact I have thrown the Comfort-pedics away and have gone back to wearing my old slippers! Bearing in mind that the slippers were only worn in the evenings in the house, I think we have been grossly mislead by the advertising. The slippers are expensive and do not live up to expectation at all.I suppose it is useless to demand a refund which I feel I deserve, but I just want to let Homemark know that I am very disappointed and will never buy a Homemark product again. You have lost yet another customer.

Homemark I am extremely disappointed with their level of service delivery

On Thursday, 6th May I went to homemark to buy a 2xBlanky as Mothers Day presents. I was told by the lady running the store that they were receiving their stock on Friday. I returned on Friday evening at about 8pm only to learn that they delivery had still not arrived. The lady confirmed that she did contact the head office and it was definitely on its way. She then took down my details ( by this time there was already a list of about 35 names for the same product). I retuned to the store on Saturday at 11am to learn that RT had still not delivered. Tumi confirmed that the delivery was on the way. I waited the entire day at the Glen shopping centre and still no delivery. Eventually Sunday morning I received a call from Tumi stating that they still did not receive the delivery. By this time, I had still not made my Mothers Day purchases depending on homemark.

I am extremely disappointed with their level of service delivery especially since they knew that this was intended as Mothers Day gifts.

Homemark non delivery of product

I was entered into a competition and I received an sms in August 2009 with the details of my winnings. I contacted Homemark and they said I have to pay a package and postage fee of R175.00 which was debit by Homemark from my credit card. I constantly checked with the post office and they said they did not receive the package. My last visit to the post office was in Dec 2009 where they said that they package was returned. I then contacted Homemark and spoke to Norma, she said they cannot do anything about it as the package and postage fee was refunded to me. The same afternoon I send her my credit card statements for the last 3 months as proof that there were no credits done. To date I have not yet been contact about my winnings or my reimbursement.

Homemark I will never purchase anything from you again

I purchsed the Comfort Pedic slippers in June this year. After two weeks they were flat on the floor. I gave them a month in the cupboard to see if they would expand but nothing happened. I contacted Verimark to complain about the poor advertisement! You never tested this product. My aunt and my co-workers son have experienced the same problem with the slippers. I phone the call centre as instructed by Gawie Piek and all they tell me is too late no return. I will never purchase anything from you again! If you cannot stand behind your products, how can you be trusted.

Homemark false info and unauthorized credit card billing

My wife was phoned by Homemark stating that she has won a vacuum cleaner. She explicitly asked if there where any costs involved and they said no. I was phoned by the bank to confirm whether they should process a transaction of R2986 from Homemark, I on two occasions told the bank not to authorize the transactions as I had neither ordered anything nor authorize Homemark to debit my credit card for this transaction. On 16 September 2009 Homemark debited my credit card with the amount of R2986.91 without my authorization. In my opinion this is illegal and I'm currently disputing the transaction. It's unacceptable that Homemark phones people and tell them they have won a prize and then debit their accounts for the full amount without authorization. Homemark had my card details from a transaction with them more than 2 years ago. To my knowledge it's also illegal to store customers credit card details...I'm shocked that a company like this continues to exploit customers and subject them to extreme inconvenience and a waste of time.
