Good day I have requested assistance from homechoice regarding the UPS that I purchased that just stopped working homechoice has collected it from me but it's been three weeks and I have received no feedback except when I emailed and they responded that they are waiting for the repair centre it's been three weeks now and the now want to credit my homechoice account which is totally unacceptable I have paid money for this item and I am still paying for it so you telling me that homechoice wants to credit the homechoice account of which I would have to start paying from scratch if I require another UPS this is totally unacceptable I will not be purchasing another UPS or anything else has I have not rented or lease the UPS I have purchased it with the intention of paying it off and using it. So what is the way forward I will not accept a credit to the homechoice account I feel it's totally not fair for me to have paid money for a product and now that's it defective I'm supposed to but from homechoice again just because of the credit I need a cash refund or I'm going to complain on hello Peter and my social media accounts of which I have a very high number of followers. Homechoice is ripping people off

Desired outcome: Cash refund in my bank account not the homechoice account
