Great Company to deal with
Great Company to deal with. Scott B. came out today to check my A/C for the upcoming months. Not only did he do the A/C checks, he checked to make sure the rest of the system was working as well. All the lines to the furnace, venting and overall condition of the A/C and furnace. Replaced the filter gave me a couple of hints for maintenance. The whole company, regardless of who comes out, has been excellent. It's a lot more then lip service. Highly recommend them to anyone in the area.

My sister has used this company for the past 20 years, so they highly recommended it. Dana Smith was the gentleman that came for my appointment. As they say "always make a good first impression"...well Dana far exceeded that. I needed the thermostat replaced and then a part on the AC unit. Dana was thoroughly knowledgeable, professional, found the problems quickly, and had the job done in a short amount of time. Definitely would recommend this company and their staff. THANKS FOR A JOB WELL DONE!

Home Heating Service technician, Dustin responded to my after-hours telephone request for emergency service to our home hot-water heating furnace boiler, which had quit working at 5 pm, Friday, with outdoor temp of zero degrees and falling. Dustin arrived when he said he could, and troubleshot and repaired the boiler professionally, confidently, and effectively. It was a very courteous and successful service visit, as I have always received from the technicians at Home Heating Service, Inc. Thank you, once again.

Every tech that has come out to our house has been professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Many thanks to John K for the most thorough checkup we have ever had on our furnace and hot water heater. Both appliances are fairly old and he went through every test and cleaning with meticulous care. Enjoyed watching the process and in the end came away with new understanding and appreciation for the skill and knowledge it takes to do this work. John also covered safety issues like, do we have carbon monoxide detectors, do we know what gas smells like, and do we have a backup heating source in case of unexpected furnace failure...etc. Will not hesitate to use this company again and hope we get John next time, too!

Very pleased with the technician, Dusty, who came to do an annual furnace check today. He phoned about 20 minutes before his arrival and came to the door wearing a mask and then put on booties and went downstairs. When he returned from the basement, he explained that he did the furnace check and also checked the hot water heater and carbon monoxide detector. When I mentioned that I had another such detector on the main level that I was unable to test because I couldn't reach it, he went to his truck and brought in a ladder to check it and offered to put in fresh batteries. I so appreciate his work and extra effort to help me out. Thanks Dusty!

Just had checkup on furnace and hot water heater from Home Heating. The technician was excellent. He called prior to arriving at our home to let us know that he was so many minutes out. The technician was very helpful in answering any questions we had. Our humidifier, which is attached to the furnace, is starting to show age. We are considering a replacement. The technician contacted his office, and a quote was sent out to us via email. We will review the quote. At the end of the maintenance checkup, the technician went over what he had done, and again asked if we had any questions. We are pleased with the technician's service and his attention to detail. The technician is professional. Kudos to him.

We've been using Home Heating for a few years now. They've installed new ACs and replaced one aging furnace over those years. Since most of the HVAC equipment is installed by them, we also use them for yearly checkups. This year it took a while to get an appointment for the furnace checks this fall but was well worth the wait. Their technician came out and I've never had anyone do such a thorough check of all the equipment. He found some things that needed to be tweaked to keep the furnaces performing at peak efficiency. He also found one thing even he couldn't quite determine the best path forward with and we've scheduled a follow up to review this situation even more. Solid company, they stand behind their work and follow through on everything. From sales to techs to owners not many companies we've found that are this good, responsive and responsible.
