Our air had stopped cooling
Our air had stopped cooling. They were out the next day and the technician that came out was so polite and explained what we should be doing to help keep the inside unit clean and charged it with Freon. He even told us where we can go to buy filters for it. I will definitely use them again!
We are pleased with the new furnace and installation, as well as a courtesy of borrowing a heater until the furnace arrived. I would recommend them to any of my friends and family. Thanks

We our AC quit on a Friday afternoon. One call and someone was out that night for a diagnostic evaluation--the owner himself! New unit was installed and is working perfectly. The team at Des Moines Heating and Cooling has been professional, prompt, and very responsive. Would definitely recommend.

When it was time to replace our 22-yr-old system, we were a little concerned about using a smaller company for the big job of installing a whole new system including the water heater. Des Moines Heating and Cooling is a lifesaver! Our house was 84 degrees and they made time to come and help us same day with our broken A/C unit when every other heating and cooling business in town was booked out for at least a week! They were very friendly and professional even though it was late and they had obviously been working all day. They took time to explain what they were doing and gave us some tips too. Des Moines Heating and Cooling will be my first and only call for any repair needs in the future. Can't say enough great things about our experience!
