the incident happened 7/25/2025 When I returned the items. first they only wanted to accept one item saying I returned one already but that was an an exchange for cheaper one. Then I was told because they were opened they couldnt accept them. I have accepted a 15 per cent less return. As yes I did write on one of the items. But I feel I was not treated politely. They expected me to just take the loss which was aprox one hundred dollars.with no money back . I said I could take less but i cant lose 100 dollars over items not being compatible. The sight bulbs is 2hz and i had 5 hz i cant tell till I open and try to use theres nothing on the box that says this it isnt till i hook on cell phone i find this out.
