Home Credit India Finance review: My salary not received in May month

I am writing this email with great disappointment and concern regarding the non-payment of my salary for May 2026. Despite completing my duties regularly and continuously working for the company, my salary has still not been credited to my bank account.

I have already informed my Team Leader, senior officials, Area Sales Manager, and Mr. Pradeep Sharma through calls and messages multiple times. Unfortunately, no action has been taken so far, and my concerns are being ignored.

This is now the second month, and I am facing serious financial difficulties. I have to pay rent, manage food expenses, and support my daily living expenses. I work hard every day for the company, and receiving my salary on time is my legal and rightful expectation as an employee.

If there is any issue related to my employment, attendance, documentation, or performance, I request that it be communicated to me officially. However, withholding my salary without any explanation is unfair and is causing me significant hardship.

My salary was previously credited regularly to my Kotak Bank account, but the salary for May 2026 has not been received. June is also about to end, and I am still waiting for a resolution.

I respectfully request immediate intervention from senior management and HR to investigate this matter and release my pending salary without further delay. I would appreciate a written response regarding the reason for the delay and the expected payment date.

I hope the company will treat this matter seriously and resolve it at the earliest.
