I was on the Eurodam ship booking # 3H2X6P 1/18/2026 to 1/25 2026.
Wed Jan 21 at dinner I bit into something hard in my food and choked on it before spitting it out. I was devastated to see that it was a copper hard wire maybe 3/4”. I told waiter as he summoned the manager over. I took a picture of this and then handed to restaurant manager. He had the chef come out and apologize but as I went back to my room I was devistated with the thought of if this had gotten caught in my throat it would have been a surgical procedure & flown out to a hospital. This was my first cruise in many year and was terribly disappointed in this. Only other complaint I had was beach excursion Cozumel ($39.95) was not up to expectation. Found it to be not clean. Provided no towels or loung pad for chase. Bathroom facility dirty. I would have rather paid more for upgraded facility. Also one drink was charged on last day that I found on bank statement for $16.
On a positive note, I found all staff was very well trained and courteous. Service couldn’t be better. Entertainment on ship was nice.
