I bought Highster-Mobile on April 28, 2020. I called the number they gave me for mobile support, but they told me to go online and file a refund. I did that, and a person emailed me back saying it would take 4 to 6 days. But I didn't get my refund after 6 business days, so I messaged them again. The next email said they were having support problems and it would take 2 to 3 business days. But I still didn't get my refund, and when I tried to request it again, it said it was solved.
