Hibbett Sports Associate provided wrong information regarding shipping issues

Good Afternoon

I ordered 3 pairs of shoes online, one was in the process of being delivered on May 10, 2022. I contacted your customer service through chat on that date and asked what could I do to change the address before the shipments were delivered.

I was told to contact Route to put in 3 requests to let them know that the shipments had the incorrect address on those.

I emailed your customer service department, I also put in these requests as well.

I then called your customer service line on today and was told that Route would not be able to assist in the matter, I need to contact UPS directly to change the address.

I explained that I was not told this information when I contacted the company on 05/10 prior to shipments being delivered.

I did all that I could do prior to the shipments and then was provided incorrect information, I could have redirected the items but I'm being told that I may not be able to recover the shoes or the money paid for those shoes.

I am hoping there is something that can be done about this matter, I was provided incorrect information by the Hibbett Associate.

Hibbett Sports Nike air max genome white/black

I ordered these shoes on 4.19.2022 using my PayPal account. The delivery date promised at checkout was 4.22.2022 however I did not receive the shoes. I never received an email confirmation with order number, final price or anything so I knew something was wrong. I did wait until my mailman ran on 4.22.2022 before calling to see what happend and the representative told me that the order was never processed and the shoe was not coming to me EVER! I WAS HOT! My PayPal account was charged for $83.14 however I was not going to get the shoes. She did start a claim on my behalf because of this error. The claims take up to 10 days to process so I'm still stuck without my money or the shoes. PayPal will not refund until Hibbet cancels the order. I called back to Hibbett and the "supervisor" Thomas was very rude and unprofessional stating I just have to wait until Monday!

I've ordered from here many times over the years and never had this issue! You have just lost a repeat customer for this. The policy is absolutely terrible for an innocent customer who waited only to discover you did not do what you were supposed to do. The prices are great but the customer service SUCKS and I will never order from Hibbett ever again!

Desired outcome: I want an apology, my $83.14 cent back and for yall to create better policies when the customer is not at fault. I needed the shoes for an event on Saturday 4.23.2022!!

Hibbett Sports Website Not Working Saturday, April 2, 2022

No matter what browser I try to login from I keep getting an error message saying “verify you are human” msg. No options to do a verification. Suggestion to check JavaScript which is working fine on my end.

Desired outcome: Need to login to complete a return of a product ordered last week.

Hibbett Sports Payment not received, rip off and liars

I purchased UGG boots on 12/18/2021 Store 812 for Christmas gift. On 12/29/2021 my son returned these boots and Hibbet's issued a refund using his bank card. As of now, he had not received refund when they used his bank card. We have contacted Bank of America and they cannot find where a refund was issued to him. I have gone back to store 812 several times, and now I'm constantly lied to. This is getting frustrating and to know someone is stealing my money isn't fair. I have both receipts and bank statements showing no refund have been issued. I have attached both receipts. This is last attempt trying to get my refund. After this, I will seek legal advice. Every time I go to store 812 it is a joke dealing with them. I was told by Bank of America since he didn't make the initial purchase with card that bought them it wouldn't go to his card at all. They should have never tried to scan a card that wasn't used for purchase.

Hi Mr Terrell.

Is there a reason why two different cards and accounts were being used?

This does break the merchant and owner agreements. I can go into more extensive explanation as to why but it my seem needed at this point.

Many retailers don't retain the full card numbers for the customer's protection. It does mean it's that more important that the correct cards are being used for processing a refund.

Hibbett Sports Order delayed for too long or overdue

So I order a pair of shoes on the 26th of August but they still haven't come and it's been 4days since the expected arrival date. I've already contacted customer support but they haven't reached back.

Hibbett sports on Fairview refused to sell any shoes which is understandable if that's the decision they came up with. Professionally the worker who had the name tag Kia head coach shouldn't have told me on Feb 19, 2021 that she was going to release shoes on Feb 20, 2021. I am a loyal customer of Hibbett Sports and this is by far the worst experience ever.

Hibbett Sports They will hold your money even if order not placed!!!!

I attempted to place an order for shoes, my size showed available - added to my cart & placed order - I immediately received an error message that the order was not placed. (the size that showed available - was not)

Later I noticed that my card was charged for the purchase - only to call customer service and be told it can take up to 30 days for the pending hold on my money to be released. For a purchase that was never made!

Never again! Buyer beware!

Hibbett Sports Product never received and long painful refund process

Hi,

I placed an online order (Order# 0017308641911) via www.Hibbett.com on November 09, 2020 with Hibbett Sports Online. I received every item on the order except for my son's Nike Sportswear Club Big Kids' Pullover Hoodies (Product# 38809562). The hoodie was for him to wear on his birthday later that month. The total order I placed equaled $289.16, which is not a small order. I never received the hoodie and have called Hibbett Sports Customer Service on seven different occasions trying to resolve the issue.

During the first call I was told the order could not be sent to my P.O. Box and was asked for a physical address which I gave and was told that the item would be reshipped. After never receiving the item, not even in time for my son's birthday, I contacted their customer service again. I was told to allow more time for the item to arrive. After not receiving the item still in late December I called customer service back and was told hat someone from the warehouse would contact me to get me the item or a refund. After not being contacted I called customer service back and was told that someone from Hibbett Sports customer service would contact me, but they never did. I called the customer service line back and spoke to a young lady who said she sent an email over requesting that I be refunded and to be on the lookout for a refund email.

Today. 02/12/2021, I called Hibbett Sports back after never receiving a refund or contact from anyone. I spoke to a customer service representative and expressed to her my disappointment with the whole experience and how many times I have had to call but received no help or a refund. I asked her to be compensated for the item along with the hassle of having to contact customer service for the past four months and not having a refund or any action on their part. The representative put me on a hold for about 15 minutes because she said her hold machine crashed and then returns to the line to tell me they will only be refunding me approximately $26. She did not offer me anything for my time the company has wasted. I requested a $100 gift card to resolve the matter but she acted liked she did not hear me. The hoodie she refunded me for was originally $35.00 purchased it and I used my own discounts and rewards (Discounts/Rewards Totaling $114.00) from other purchases to reduce the price. These are rewards I cannot get back or use now nor do I have the more expensive hoodie like I paid for. On top of all that, I had to go out and purchase an outfit for my son for his birthday and it has taken me 4 months and over 3 hours of phone calls to their customer service to only get refunded a reduced amount due to my own rewards/discounts.

Overall, I am completely totally dissatisfied with the customer service experience and the resolution outcome. I work for a national company and would never treat one of our business customers in such a manner. I still don't have an email confirmation that I will be receiving a refund nor do I have a the refund in my account as it will probably take days to reflect. I am honestly very skeptical that I will even receive an email and/or refund at this time. This is really pathetic attempt at resolving a long going customer service issue and they are losing me as a loyal customer moving forward unless they resolve mu dissatisfaction in a more professional manner.

Hibbett Sports 11-28-20 retro 4 release

St. Louis city gear location Overland Plaza. Y'all manager let a heavy set back guy buy multiple shoes he went in bought 5 pair came back ten minutes later and bought 2 more pair. The store opens up at 7 every release and this happens every time. They managers sit in the store with the gate pulled down. These same guys will keep showing really close to noon again to get whatever is left.

Hibbett Sports online order

I made an online purchase from Hibbett and they sent me someone else's order. When I called customer service I was told to take the shoes I received to my local store which I did that day on 12/19/19. The customer service rep said the store would ship the shoes to the correct customer and they(the online store) would issue the refund. It is now Jan. 11th and I still don't have my refund. I've called about this 5 times now and each time I'm told 24-48 hrs but nothing has been done. Today I spoke with Amanda who was helpful but again told me they need to do more investigation and it would be 24-48 hrs. She also said the store should have given me the refund the day I returned the incorrect order. If that was the case, the first customer service rep I spoke to should've told me that. So on top of sending me the wrong order they are dragging their feet doing the refund saying they need to verify that I actually returned the shoes.. It is not my fault that their warehouse lacks quality control and their csr gave me incorrect instructions. This is not right and is not good customer service. Hibbett needs to make this right and give me my $69.88 ASAP.

Hibbett Sports shoes

I purchased a pair of shoes online for my son's b6on the 9/22/2019 and I was sent a delivery confirmation for the 26th and my package was said to be left on my front porch. Now its been 6days and I was told I have to wait for an investigation to be completed then they will get back to me. So now my son's Birthday gift I purchased that I paid $201.40 on is just gone and the company said they don't reship. I've let my son down and I cannot afford to purchase him another pair of air jorda 3 for his Birthday. Thanks for ruining my sons 16th birthday.

Hibbett Sports online order

I placed a order with hibbett on tax free weekend and bought my child shoes. I never received the shoes and immediately contacted them. I was told that I could not get a refund and they could do nothing about it because it is my responsibility that everything is right not theirs. So they were sorry and they can't help me. So I called and explained it to them they told me they could help but I have to repurchase the shoes and I did not get the same deal that I bought them on. The dumbest and most unorganized company. Wasting all my money on a [censored] off brand a** footlocker!

Hibbett Sports Online purchase

I attempted to place an order thru the website. One time it said my cvc number was wrong... So I corrected the number... And resubmitted... Now my card was declined... So imagine my surprise when I get a text from my bank about two $205.68 transactions on my account. It was late ao customer service was closed. I assumed my order was placed and my jordan's... Not! No shoes... No money! And then... Customer service was rudeeeee af!

Hibbett Sports online ordering

on 07/31/19 I placed an order under my 16 year old son's hibbetts account. my email, my cc, my billing address and me as the person picking up the shoes. 45 minutes later the order was cancelled due to the hibbetts account being in my sons name. an authorization was made on my card for the amount of the order. this was my sons money for he worked for this summer for these shoes for school. now I am told that the authorization will not come off my card for up to 30 days. not acceptable. I cannot afford to buy the shoes again and wait for the authorization to drop off. it seems that the problem is a coupon if you created an account that is the issue but when you create the account it says you only have to be over 13. clearly most children will not be making the purchases. highly disappointed in your customer service that had absolutely no solution for me.
