127399 cashier: 127399 refused to give me a full refund. When I approached the desk she was frustrated she became argumentative and told me the shoes I paid 140.00 for was worn which was not true they were purchased got my sister birthday which was not the right size and when I asked for a different size she bluntly told me there is nothing else. So I asked for a refund which was refused also. This is not acceptable and when I purchased these shoes she had a total different demeanor from today. Very rude.
