Well I haven't received my stuff 10 days now. Slow slow slow. I could have ordered from China and got it quicker. Managment sucks too he sounded like he was reading from the manual no clue.. I worked in customer service my whole life. You should always please the customer at all cost! People talk! If I where the owner of a shoe store and a customer spends 600 and didn't receive there delivery/ or its been 10 days and still says being shipped. I would do whatever to please this customer especially if that customer was respectful to me on the phone. Towards the end of the conversation when I seen that this was effortless I began to get loud. This is for my son's Christmas so I ordered well in advance more than 2 weeks out. The store is in the same state as me. 75% of his Christmas is ridding on this 600 dollar order.
